WI is getting redder each year and someone like Walker winning is a proof of it. I'm worried it may turn purple by 2024.
That's due to lower turnout in midterm years. Notice how Republican turnout is only down about 100k during that time but Dem turnout is down 400-800k.

I know you think facts are nonsense but go look at the results. Republicans lost about 100,000 votes from Presidential to midterm Gubernatorial elections while Dems lost between 400,000-800,000 votes. You can do the math and see why one wins in the Presidential years but not in the others.
