Toomey overperforms Trump by 7, as Hillary is up 4 in PA in this poll. Pretty solid. Those are the numbers he needs.

This means a Toomey +1 lead when you account that Emerson only does landlines.

538 adjusted it to Toomey +2.

Toomey is going to lose, as expected. Overperforming Trump by 7 points won't be enough.
