Because the first three weren't humiliating enough. From The Hill:

To be fair, it would be a great historical tidbit to be the first prez candidate to lose 4 GE debates.

Debate 4 could be his Carter moment. Last debate a week before the election. If he loses badly, lights out Donald.

Yep.
Or someone putting all their chips on "Double 00" at the roulette table.

Sounds like he's asking for something he knows won't happen just so he can continue his "rigged!" excuse.

I'd do it. It'd be another chance for him to say something else politically suicidal.

Yes. And people just like Hillary better when they see her in action than when others are defining her. I for one thought it was a mistake on her part not debating Sanders more in the primaries. When you are Hillary Clinton you should want to do debates. When you are Donald Trump you should not.

This would be awesome. I imagine Clinton will just turn down the offer, but one last debate before the election could help Trump dig his own grave.

The Democratic and Republican nominees aren't allowed to according to their agreement with the COD.

I'd love to see a McMullin-Trump debate.

McMuffin would crush him. I heard him on the Tom Ashbrook podcast and he has a good grasp on policy, far more than lightweights Johnson and Stein

LET'S DO IT:

- Trump is a terrible debater
- Hillary takes debate prep seriously, so she'll take a week off the campaign trail to prep, meaning that the Obamas, Biden, and Sanders can replace her and she can't make any gaffes

Yes, Trump. More debates, that sounds like a great idea! Clinton and Pelosi are thrilled about this prospect! Cheesy
