You could possibly win a statewide race in a favorable environment to Republicans after an unpopular Democratic tenure, as the PNW in general is much more competitive at the state level.

But on the presidential level, you would have no chance.

Overall, I would say you are a "moderately bad" fit, though still pretty good for a Republican.

No. You'd get crushed in the Five Boroughs and would not do as well in the Trumpian Gained Lands in Upstate New York if you ran on the campaign I'd suspect you would run on. Though you could do better in the suburban county's and perhaps win Rockland, Suffolk, and maybe Nassau.
