Didn't Romney barely cross 60 in Alabama in 2012?

I suspect trump gets under 60 there.

He'll come close to cracking 70% in both West Virginia and Alabama, be around 60% in Oklahoma.

As a side note, nothing helps bring back bipartisanship and unifies the country around the new President like insulting the voters on the other side, am I right?

Can we build a basket around WV?

If they object, the basket just got ten feet deeper.

I suspect Alabama will have a Trump swing.

Why would it? The state is extremely racially polarized.

AL - 59
WV - 63
OK - 64

The basic dynamic here as far as swing from 2012 is going to be increased low income R turnout minus R defections.  In WV I think it's a small net plus for Trump, in AL and OK a small net minus.  I think black turnout in AL will be about the same.

this looks pretty good - I might hedge a little lower on Oklahoma to 62.

A state doesn't vote like me. Lets completely cut it off from the world and let its peopke starve.

I mean, there are a lot of states I'd be happy without. Can't we just let them, I dunno, go form their own little poverty-stricken, theocracy?
