Sounds a bit low for the Dem % in Arkansas....
Thinking more like 37-39% is the absolute Democratic Party GE floor here, and turnout among White evangelicals will be a bit depressed considering all of Trump's sins in the eyes of the Lord...
Granted old Anglo retirees in the Ozarks probably love the Dude, but am sketch on Clinton dramatically under-performing Obama in Arkansas.
I suspect the state will be more like +12-15 T, but we'll see what happens ED.
