Obama picks Sebelius in 2008....what happens in 2016 Dem. primaries?

Kathleen Sebelius was reported to be on Obama's VP short list in 2008.  Let's say he picked her as his running mate, and Obama/Sebelius is elected in '08 and reelected in '12.  Hillary Clinton still serves as Obama's SoS in his first term.

Who runs in the 2016 Democratic primaries?  Do Clinton and Sebelius run against each other, competing to be the first woman nominated by a major party?  Does both of them running give an edge to Sanders, or someone else?  Or does one or the other of them decide to just retire and not even bother to run?  Who wins the nomination?  What is the primary map?

Sebelius either narrowly beats a progressive-ish(Tester, Schweitzer, or Gabbard) candidate, or someone beats her and the final ticket is something like Senator Tulsi Gabbard/Treasury Secretary Howard Dean.

Webb took himself out of consideration around early July or so, IIRC.  The short list that was leaked and speculated on was Bayh, Biden, Kaine, and Sebelius....though some of the leaks suggested that Sebelius was out and it was actually down to Bayh, Biden, and Kaine.
