Obama needs to fire every single agent and dissolve the FBI. They can tell each other how patriotic they were while they rot in the detention center the GOP wouldn't let him close. Not that he'll ever do it. I hope that, if Trump wins, he turns Obama's library into a prefab outhouse and locks his spineless, feckless predecessor inside. It's the least he deserves.

This is really serious that Trump might be able to control the press, the police, and the military like this. Whether its Hillary next week, the Democrats in 2018 or some other left-populists that arise to power in the distant, post-2020 future, they will have to reform our security apparatus so that we can end this shameless praetorianism.

Clinton foundation is a mess & full of corruption. Everyone knows the DOJ is stopping this. But for me the sad part is a noble cause has been tainted with pay to play & many other stuff.

The Washington Post has already reported the FBI waited almost a month before informing Congress after first learning about the new emails, using that time to gather more information and become sure that moving forward was the right way to go. Given that, this claim is utterly debunked at this point and laughable.

Of course he won't do it ... its unconstitutional. Congress makes laws, the President executes the laws. Federal law says the FBI will exist until federal law says otherwise. Federal law makes the FBI Director position for a term rather than at will. Federal law requires that already appropriated money must be spent on the FBI and its programs. Obama is not some petty tyrant who can dispense with the law whenever he feels like it just because Trump mean.

It really depends whether Hillary votes can be extracted because of this.

By itself, perhaps not, but when put in combination with the other FBI investigation, this could be very damaging.

Trump has momentum, but he needs to make up a lot of ground in difficult states like Colorado, Florida and Pennsylvania.

The stories now are FBI going off the rails, the Trump child rape case, the Trump tax dodging issues, and the GOP promising to stonewall the supreme court for eternity. Take your pick as to which is negative for Hillary.

You are also forgetting the e-mail thing fell off quickly, as evidenced in the MU-Law poll posted earlier today. If anything, it made people even less sensitive/more tired of the ridiculousness of it all.
