A brief
2000 - Florida - Early December
2004 - (Ohio/Nevada or Iowa) - Early to Mid Morning, day after election.
2008 - (California / Hawaii / Oregon / Washington) 11 PM est, once the polls closes at the those election.
2012 - Ohio @ 11:14 pm


I would say Pennsylvania (Trump) around 11:30 est
