I don't find it funny. Am I missing something?

It was crazy I watched a few episodes and found it terribly unfunny. Then a few years later I tried it again and it was the absolute best. Funniest mainstream show on tv these days.

But I admit, I haven't watched it in such a long time. Surprised it's lasted this long and still kicking.

The Office, 30 Rock, Psych, Monk, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, those shows were in complete decline at the same point.

I don't understand why they're trying to keep the 'mockumentary' format on life support.  It just feels so forced.

This season is nearly as bad as The Office Season 8. They better have a srsly good way to wrap this up soon since the Dunphy children lost all ability to act (and the writers can't even think up good plots for them!) Frankly, half the adult men seemed to have forgotten how to act too (Eric Stonestreet the obvious exception)

There was some good stuff in it's early years, but it does seem to be getting stale.
