Do you see any Congressional Republicans becoming independents or Democrats because of Trump? Particularly in the Senate where it could actually impact control.

I could see Lindsay Graham and John McCain becoming independents and/or caucusing with the Democrats.

Why would any of those people bite the hand that saved their miserable hides?

I don't see them defecting, but I think a lot of people are underestimating the effect to which some Republicans may not play ball with Trump because "oh look, they eventually endorsed him despite criticising him!" Not endorsing your party's nominee is an extremely dangerous action when you're running for office with them on the same ticket with you. Nearly everyone endorses their party's nominee, even if they buck the party line on many other issues. But I can't see someone like McCain or Graham being enthusiastic about obeying Trump.
