Wouldn't be surprised if Trump wins it, but voted for Clinton because that is how I have it in my prediction.

Recent polls have shown movement away from Trump there, suggesting that Democrats have come home for Hillary, and early voting doesn't suggest a strong Republican trend. I'll guess Hillary by 2-3%.

Only once has a CD in Maine or Nebraska gone opposite of the way the state went.
