Obama got 92.46 in 2008 and 90.91% in 2012. Kerry was not able to get 90%, recieving only 89.18% in 2004.

This is the place where you'd imagine Trump doing poorly even by Republican standards.

Then again, a strong 3rd party vote nationally might be even stronger in a supersafe district so I think below 90% makes sense.

Kerry's performance in DC was the best ever for any Democrat until Obama broke the record again in 2008.

I think Clinton will get over 90%.  You could imagine the small number of Republicans who live in DC would not be thrilled about Trump.

Under. Vote siphoning by Johnson and Stein. Trump may finish 3rd.

Can you explain why a Libertarian would have appeal in a place that is majority-minority and contains many people directly employed by the federal government?

I think Stein gets 2nd, Trump 3rd, Johnson 4th.

Decreased black turnout and increased third party votes will leave Clinton slightly below 90%.
