Yes he has reached surpassed 200,000 and now has 200,048.

Also for the first time since 1992 there were no Reform party votes, Ross Perot's third party goes out with a whimper...

Nice.  Now I'm wondering if there are enough untallied write-in votes to get McMullin over 700k.  Probably not, he'd need almost 10k more.

(EDIT -- I don't think McMullin's write-in votes from California have been added yet.  In that case, he will absolutely top 700k.)

The Reform Party nominated Rocky de la Fuente, but he was primarily the candidate of his own "American Delta Party" -- which I thought stood for something, but I later learned that "delta" was just a sampling of letters from his name.  Sounds like an airline.

I'm pretty sure the only state he was on as the Reform candidate was Florida, and they don't even print the party's full name on the ballot.  So essentially the party is as dead as the Natural Law Party, which still has a single ballot line in Michigan that went to Socialist Party nominee Emidio Soltysik.
A couple of things:

Atlas has at least some of McMullin's votes in CA. The SoS should be releasing the certified results including write ins within a few days. Atlas already has some of CA's numbers for McMullin in. I'm assuming that Bernie's numbers will be added in as well.

I had figured that Delta was for change.

Based on the current data coming in we have

Clinton        65.76 million     48.29%
Trump         62.91 million     46.20%

and then extrapolating based on current vote shares in each state and estimated votes outstanding we currently have

Clinton        65.79 million     48.29%
Trump         62.96 million     46.21%

For a Clinton lead of 2.08%.

Are there enough votes left to be counted to produce another 50 votes for Darrell Castle?

He's inching so close to breaking 200,000 for the first time in Constitution Party history.  When he was the party's VP candidate in 2008 they were only 120 votes short.

Kinda surprising that Perot himself ended up outliving his party, considering that he didn't exactly look like a spring chicken when he ran for President 24 years ago.

Tennessee certifies: Trump 1,522,925 (60.7%), Clinton 870,695 (34.7%), Others 114,407 (4.6%). Worst loss for a Dem in TN since 1972.

New York State certifies.

That leaves PA, IN and CA to publish "Official Results" I think.

The NY state certification shows 30k fewer votes for Clinton in the Bronx than in the official NYC report. One of them messed up.

Also, the results in Floyd County, Indiana have been corrected, with Clinton losing 6k votes. It actually showed a swing to Clinton from 2012 in the original results, which had to have been an error.

So Clinton should edge out Obama 2012's vote total in the end, correct?

Based on the current data coming in we have

Clinton        65.76 million     48.29%
Trump         62.92 million     46.20%

and then extrapolating based on current vote shares in each state and estimated votes outstanding we currently have

Clinton        65.79 million     48.28%
Trump         62.96 million     46.21%

For a Clinton lead of 2.07%.

Outstanding votes are will be from MS NC SD WV and maybe some more from IN and PA.  I doubt there are any more from NY or CA.  Most likely at most 70K left.  If so I guess Trump will not make it to 63 million votes and Clinton will miss Obama's 2012 total vote by a bunch.

How many votes do you expect are still to be counted in Pennsylvania? Enough to down Trump MOV to 0.5 or less?

I can't post the links, but you can find the certified results on the NY state and NYC elections pages.

NY state has Clinton with 324,649 votes in the Bronx. NYC has Clinton at 353,646. There are also minor differences in New York (Manhattan), while the other 3 boroughs match up.

In the senate race, the results in the Bronx are the same in both reports. So there is a mistake in the presidential race only.

So, it looks these are the Final Preliminary Popular Vote Totals for President of Election 2016 give or take 1K Votes.

https://uselectionatlas.org/RESULTS/index.html

Mississippi is the only State which hasn't given Official Results. Everything else is in. Clinton beat Trump by 2,859,931 Votes or 2,09 Percentage Points. She got 232 Electoral Votes for it and is just 97K Votes shy of Obamas 2012 Popular Vote Total.

Keep in mind that George W. Bush beat Kerry by 3 M Votes netting him 286 Electoral Votes and Re-Election.

I suspect the FEC have Official Results some time next year.

It seems I was wrong and more NY votes came in.

Based on the current data coming in we have

Clinton        65.79 million     48.30%
Trump         62.95 million     46.22%

and then extrapolating based on current vote shares in each state and estimated votes outstanding we currently have

Clinton        65.83 million     48.30%
Trump         63.00 million     46.22%

For a Clinton lead of 2.08%.

Trump actually is not projected to cross 63 million, it just round up to 63 million.  Current projection has him just missing it by 3K.  Current projection has Clintin within 100K of the Obama 2012 vote.

Is there an official list of which states have certified their results? And does certifying the results mean that no more ballots can be added to the total under any circumstance?

Look at

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VAcF0eJ06y_8T4o2gvIL4YcyQy8pxb1zYkgXF76Uu1s/edit#gid=2030096602

Anything that is "Official" should be certified and no vote count changes can take place.  WI was certified but moved out of that mode due to recount.

I'm fairly sure that no votes are left outstanding. Every state has certified except CA, IN, MS, NC, and  SD. CA only has write-in votes to add, while the results in IN, MS, NC are all final, just needs to be made official. SD hasn't updated since election day, so it may have a few hundred votes left.

I do expect that NY will eventually amend their report, which will add a significant number of votes.

I think in theory only IN NC and PA are left.  Everyone else is done.  There is some confusion on how much of 3rd party WA vote is there.  Different sources has different and inconsistent ways of tracking write-ins there.  Something for me to track down.
