Booker is a perfect hybrid between the oration skills of Barack Obama and the (perceived) crookedness/shadiness of Hillary Clinton. He's probably the single worst candidate that the Democrats could realistically nominate in 2020, and the only one who could put places like Maine AL and Minnesota firmly in the Trump column.

Oh God, are we already calling states in 2020?

lmao at people who support ELIZABETH WARREN for president in this thread saying Cory Booker doesn't have any appeal

What if you support both, for different reasons?

You may want to go a different website to research schizophrenia.
Not if your main goal is to get a democrat elected and oust Trump.

I am a leftist in American Politics on almost every single issue except for trade. But I hold no illusions regarding what is politically possible, which is why I will wholeheartedly support any sane moderate democrat (i.e. not Kanye) over any republican and especially over Donald Trump. I don't want a democratic candidate who shares all of my views, because that candidate is unlikely to win a general election. And even if said leftist DID win the general election, there is zero reason to think that said leftist would get anything more left-leaning passed than a moderate democrat.

So basically, electability is pretty much everything for me. I dread the left coming up with a leftist version of the Tea Party. That is going to destroy the democratic party. The conservative media is MUCH better at fearmongering their base into voting against "a socialist" then the liberal media is at getting their base into voting against even an abomination like Donald Trump. That is just a fact and the left needs to realize this unless they want four more years of Trump disasters.
