These seem to be the top three choices from that earlier poll.

I really like the idea of a Kamala Harris/Amy Klobuchar ticket.

Warren is the only acceptable option.

I love all of these people. I'm not sure which one would be the best nominee. I'm thinking Harris, but I'm not really sure.

Sanders will be far to old by 2020. I would be happy with either Harris or Warren.

Warren. Sanders would be, sadly, too old and I'd rather see Harris serve a full term before she runs for President

Harris>Warren>Sanders, although they're acceptable enough that I'd probably go by whichever was running the best campaign/seemed the most electable.

Kamala because the Democratic party needs to go with a younger nominee. Also the other two are both kind of awful (especially Bernie)

She's younger than Warren and Sanders, but she's still in her fifties. I think someone born after 1970 would be the better choice, but I don't know who that would be. Chris Murphy?

Harris, as she is young, appeals to minorities, being Indian-American, and I don't think the GOP would have anything major against her.

I have more reasons, but I am pushed for time right now.

Sanders is my favorite, but realistically he will be too old in 2020.  I voted for Warren, but Harris would be excellent as well.

All three are solid choices, but Elizabeth Warren (as of now) narrowly wins out.

Harris. Bernie will be too old, and Warren is also pretty old. We need to have a sharp, young contrast to Trump.

Sanders because younger people will show up to vote for him. My brother refused to vote at all because the primary was "stolen" from Bernie, and my sister voted for Trump but said she would have voted for Sanders.

Please tell me there's something special about Harris other than being Latino? The identity politics has to cease immediately.

Just a note, Harris is half black, half Asian, not Latino.

Much as I appreciate Harris' integrity and record, she's too young, inexperienced and comes off a bit too much like Hillary when it comes to approachability.  She'd be a solid VP pick though.

Warren's too far gone as neocon and she has the tag name of Pochantas that could be used against her.

This leaves Sanders by default.

I absolutely love Kamala Harris and believe she would be a fantastic president. That said, I do not think she will run and if she does, I don't think she'd win...Obama caught lightning in a bottle in 2008 as a senator with only four years experience and I don't see that happening again. If she ran, however, I would vote for her in a heartbeat over anyone else mentioned.

I went with Harris because Sanders will be too old and I can't imagine Fauxcahontas would do well (both because of her age and her now slightly ruined reputation).

I like Harris, and think she'd be great for it (and would likely vote for her), but just don't think she has enough experience yet for it.

Kamala Harris. She is in the best age, has charisma and energy. Bernard is way too old, Warren will also be 71 in 2020.
