Do Alejandro Castro Espin and Mariela Castro share the power? Does a different top Cuban take charge?

I know this isn't really "elections", but I don't know where else to put it.

Raul is stepping down in 2018, and has appointed Miguel Diaz Canel as his successor. That's the official plan, anyway; best plans of mice and men and such.
