Hello, everyone. Welcome to my thread! Here I will be posting maps 3rd place maps of elections, like the ones you've seen in some of the 1992 presidential election state pages. I was suprised to see that 1992 was the only year with these maps, even though there are plenty of years where these maps could be used (1912 and 1968 come to mind). It took me a while to figure out how David used the colors for the 3rd place maps, but I did, and this will be the color key I will be using:



I've already made some, so here's a sample of what you'll see:


Oklahoma, 1992 presidential election
George H. W. Bush
Bill Clinton
Ross Perot


South Carolina, 1968 presidential election
Richard Nixon
George Wallace
Hubert Humphrey
