Continuing the "Undervotes defeating the candidates" theme from Kiryas Joel.

Here's the results from Kaser, NY. A Hasidic village in Rockland County, NY.

Trump 630, Clinton 67, Johnson 15, Stein 8. Undervotes 640.

The other Hasidic villages didn't have as much of a strong showing for Undervotes.

Monsey: Trump 5088, Clinton 1255, Johnson 101, Stein 31. Undervotes 899
New Square: Clinton 2455, Trump 121, Johnson 4, Stein 0. Undervotes 46

New Square differed from other Hasidic villages due to the Clinton's strong relationship with local leaders. Meaning that Bill Clinton commuted the sentences of men from New Square and they've been very favorable to Hillary since 2000.

Ramapo 35 (in Kaser) had undervotes for President on half of the ballots (272 undervotes on 543 ballots). Ramapo 97 (also in Kaser) had undervotes for President on 46% of ballots (358 undervotes on 784 ballots).

So, half (1539) of Rockland County's 2865 undervotes came from Kaser or Monsey. Congrats!

As for one of the two major candidates finishing behind a third party candidate...

Jill Stein finished ahead of Donald Trump in the North Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.

North Bernal Heights: Hillary 7036, Stein 285, Trump 275

Other SF Neighborhoods that had a close Trump/Stein margin

Haight Ashbury: Clinton 12039, Trump 403, Stein 373

Upper Market/Eureka Valley: Clinton 15901, Trump 522, Stein 373.

So there's some SF precincts where Trump finished 4th. Just SF Things.

I found a few precincts in Oregon so far where Trump placed 3rd, although I am still working through statewide precinct level results...

Lane County- Pct 1123--- Eugene- between West 7th & 11th from Pearl on the East to Taylor/Garfield on the West (Pct zigs a bit on the West end).

Basically a mix of older single family homes in a historically alternative section of Eugene going back to the Vietnam War era (I had a friend whose dad was a Vietnam Vet who lived out here some 20 years ago), combined with some lower income apartments and student housing as you move closer to the University of Oregon...

(1834 Total Votes): 75.8% Clinton; 9.3% Stein; 7.8% Trump; 2.6% Johnson; 4.5% Write-Ins

Multnomah County- Pct 4203- Portland- Inner Eastside boundaries from the Willamette River to the West, I-84 to the North, NE 29th to the East, and Hawthorne to the South.... Basically includes the Buckman and Kerr neighborhoods.

Historically a working-class neighborhood, close to the former and declining warehousing and transportation areas on the inner Eastside of the river, where the alternative/counterculture movements of the '70s and '80s has blended into the fabric of the neighborhood. Despite it's close location to downtown Portland, gentrification has not exploded, mainly as a result of a vibrant neighborhood association that has prevented an explosion of pricey high-rise condos, and kept the fabric of older single-family homes, and smaller apartments intact.

(8219 Total Votes)- 85.8% Clinton- 5.2% Stein- 4.2% Trump- 1.9% Johnson- 3.0% Write-Ins.

Multnomah County- Pct 4207- Portland- Mid Eastside- Basically corresponds to the boundaries of the Sunnyside neighborhood, with Stark as the boundary to the North, Hawthorne to the South, SE 28th to the West and SE 43rd to the East.

Predominately a neighborhood of older single-family homes, where the Counterculture of the '60s took deep roots much earlier than in many other parts of the city, it started to change significantly in the '90s as it became a "hip shopping district" for upper-middle class Portlandiers to visit and spend money in the hundreds of small businesses in the area where local residents fought and successfully won an attempt to place a McDonalds in the area....

Most of the older residents remain, and there is a significant population of "empty nesters" that have chosen to remain in their neighborhood rather than "sell out" their old Victorian now worth 500k+ for a mini-mansion down somewhere like Happy Valley, or similar parts of Clackamas.

(4862 Total Votes)- Clinton 88.2%- Stein- 4.2% Trump 3.8%- Johnson 1.5%- Write-Ins 2.3%.

There are a bunch of other precincts where Trump narrowly beat Stein for 2nd place in Lane & Multnomah Counties:

Lane: Pct 1125--- Eugene- Inner West-

(3667 Total Votes)- 74.7% Clinton- 9.5% Trump- 8.1% Stein- 3.1% Johnson- 4.6% Write-Ins

Lane: Pct 1783- Basically including the alternative Whitaker neighborhood, as well as some areas South of Spencer's Butte (Where there is a large old time Senior subsidized high-rise).

(2440 Total Votes)- 71.8% Clinton- 10.3% Trump- 9.3% Stein- 3.2% Johnson- 5.4% Write-Ins

Multnomah:

Other Precincts in Inner SE Portland----

Pct 4204- (7897 Votes)--- 86.2% D; 4.6*% R; 4.6% Green; 1.9% L; 2.8% WIs
Pct 4205- (3941 Votes)--- 86.8% D; 5.6% R;  3.7% Green; 1.5% L; 2.5% WIs
Pct 4208  (4208 Votes)--- 85.1% D; 5.7% R; 4.3% Green; 2.6% L; 2.3% WIs
Pct 4209  (6674 Votes)--- 82.2% D; 6.9% R; 5.2% Green; 2.6% L; 3.2% WIs

Precincts in Northeast Portland--- All clustered around the historically African-American neighborhoods of the city, gentrification has caused a 50% collapse in the Black population of this part of the city between 2000 and 2010, although the newer residents moving in tend to be overwhelmingly Democratic leaning as well....

Pct 4301: (8552 Votes)- 87.5 D- 4.4 R- 4.0 Green- 1.4 L- 2.7 WIs
Pct 4302: (9059 Votes)- 86.5 D- 5.1 R- 3.5 Green- 2.2 L- 2.6 WIs
Pct 4304: (7006 Votes)- 88.3 D- 4.7R- 3.2 Green- 1.7 L- 2.1 WIs
Pct 4310: (7493 Votes)- 89.3 D- 3.5 R- 3.2 Green- 1.8 L- 2.1 WIs

I'll add more 3rd party performance numbers for other counties as I catch them moving through the precinct level data for Oregon.... there would be a lot more precincts if we were to add the Write-In numbers to the Green numbers for heavily Democratic Precincts throughout the state, since in these precincts, the vast majority of Write-Ins are Bernie and not disaffected Republicans.

Plenty of precincts in Utah County that McMullin carried outright, sometimes comfortably. Clinton was in third place everywhere.

I believe in Madison County, Idaho, it's not hard to find precincts where Clinton was in fourth (this was discussed a few weeks ago on RRH) -- the county-wide total was Trump 57%, McMullin 30%, Clinton 8%, Johnson 4%, Castle 1%. Fifth might be possible if you get lucky.
