Prediction time:

Mance, Doran, and Euron are safe. Doran, arguably the least healthy person outside Wyman Manderly in the series, is somehow going to outlive us all.

Even though I (presumably) went into battle, I think I'm ok as well.

I can only see 2 people getting GameOver'd:
Lysa and Catelyn: Lysa for her general insanity and Catelyn for her general unpopularity/ongoing rebellion. I'd bet pretty heavily on Catelyn, seeing as Enduro plans to not play next turn.

For deaths, several people were in risky situations. I'd bet:

Tyrion wasn't relieved in time and died.
Viserys was hammer and anvil'd between Drogo and the Stormlanders
One of Roose/Edric/Drogo went into a situation which had poor dice rolls. I'm inclined towards Roose, though I've felt like there is a Sword of Damocles hanging over Drogo since turn one and would never be surprised to see it fall.

Doran is also probably the most cautious person in Westeros which helps; his gout mostly seems to just cause physical discomfort rather than being a cause of death, though I'd be lying if I said his condition didn't raise concern from me. Also considering he has several heirs in different places he'd be difficult to game over.

Euron I agree on, but Mance I think could very well be in more danger than you suppose. He earned his position by being BMOC in a society that churns out BMOCs and where inaction could cause a loss of support and he's almost just as likely to die from within as external enemies.

Technically if Viserys dies he can get game overed as he has no heir of his body atm. However I don't think he was actually in all that dangerous a position this turn outside of one possibility...

Everything else I pretty much agree with but I give Drogo the best odds ironically. The Dothraki are going to be very difficult to infiltrate and assassination seems more likely than battle given the numbers in play this turn.

I think Lysa Arryn is dead too. X is a cunning player but he likes roleplaying so he could play the insane in order to fit Lysa Arryn well even if he knows what he's doing would mean his loss.
