I think saying which state is the worst fit is fundamentally different from which state they would do the worst in.  For example, I don't think LDSmith is a good fit for Washington State, but he would still do well there, as a Democrat.  I would actually say that New Hampshire is the worst fit for him, but he would likely only lose it by 5 points or less.

And, for OneJ (since he answered while I was typing): Oklahoma
