Kurz easily wins Zell am See city (my home town), with 39% (a gain of 16%).

If true, very good for the SPÖ compared to polling over the past couple of weeks.

How well do the projections take into consideration the vote by mail?

Would be a very great result if this is the end result. ÖVP progresses by a lot and Kurz is safely chancellor, but FPÖ also progresses a lot, so that they will be confident in negotiations and hopefully force through actual toughenings of migration policies, and not just symbolic things or small tinkerings of welfare payments for foreigners.

How accurate is this? This seems a little different from the polling.

Nope. You need to add some 17% postal ballots.

Has there maybe been some kind of Bradley effect in favor of the scandal-plagued SPÖ that seems to fare better than expected?

Thank you. I can't see a uncounted/counted vote tracker on the national page.

It seems former Team Stronach and BZÖ voters went 50/50 to ÖVP and FPÖ ...

Not really.

It seems they are relatively stable compared with 2013 at 27%.

Of course, a lot is still uncertain: Only 50% is counted so far, Vienna and postal ballots 0%.
