I think McCain would have won at least North Carolina, Indiana, all Nebraska's districts as well as Michigan (due to the fact that Romney was born there and because Romney's presence on the ticket brings economic credibility to McCain on a time of economic crisis), New Hampshire (due to McCain's popularity in NH and because of Massachusetts' bordering NH) and maybe even Florida (because Florida's 2008 results were close even with Sarah Palin and it would have been better for McCain with Romney on the ticket) and Nevada.
