Hypothetically Speaking - What would you do if you got someone pregnant?

I would ask her to at least consider getting an abortion, or give it up for adoption.  Either way, I want nothing to do with it.

I don't have a significant other, but if I did, I would get myself a vasectomy as soon as humanly possible.

I'd see if she's willing for marriage, and raise the child together.  Or, if not that, cohabitation and raising the child together.  Or me raising the child.  Or her, hopefully with joint custody.   Would want to have the child in my life but if all else fails, seek an adoptive family.

Where I currently am in my life, I'd probably advocate for an open adoption as first resort. I'm not in a place right now where I can raise a kid myself but I'd still want the kid in my life in some form if possible.

If I were stupid enough to get someone other than my wife pregnant, I'd hunker down and take whatever blowback I've earned.  And I'd deserve every bit of it.

Now if someone out of my waaaaay distant past came to my door and said, "Hi, Dad!", that would be another issue.  That's not likely to happen, but if it did, the son/daughter would be 40 years old right about now.
