Iowa. Much smaller and less populous state, and Dems only need to flip the first district back. Texas is a behemoth and way more polarized.

Correction: after reading Daily Kos, it seems Trump won all four congressional districts in the state, so Dems would have to flip two districts decisively to win the state. But both districts 1 and 2 supported Obama twice, so you'd think the votes are there if they play their cards right.
