DO NOT VOTE until after midnight EST at the beginning of Friday. Any votes cast before this time will not be counted.

This is the one and only official ballot for the Mideast Propositions and Initiatives being voted upon in July 2005.

Voting will open at midnight EST on Friday 22 July, 2005 and will close exactly 72 hours later; Only votes in this time frame will be counted.

This vote is being conducted in accordance with the Election and Vote Regulations Statute and the Mideast Constitution.

If you edit your vote, or the post containing your vote, it will be counted as void. If you campaign in this thread it will be likely counted as void, and you may be subject to further prosecution under the Campaigning in Voting Booths Statute. It would be appreciated if you didn't comment in this thread other than to vote.

To qualify to vote in this election you must be registered in one of the following States ten days before this election began, display an avatar or have a note in your signature to that effect and meet the activity requirements as defined by the Activity Requirements Statute:

District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Virginia, West Virginia or Wisconsin.


To pass, Propositions and Initiatives simply require more Aye votes than Nay votes.  These are the following Propositions and Initiatives to be voted on:

Prop 18 - Second Constitutional Amendment

Prop 19 - Transfer of States Regulation Statute

Prop 20 - Latin Motto Adoption Statute

Prop 21 - Region Name Change Referendum

Prop 22 - Superior Court Judge Appointment (Ben)

Init 10 - Secret Ballot Procedure Statute

Please vote aye, nay or abstain (or appropriate derivatives) on each of the above propositions and initiatives.
