Yeah. It also helps that they're only going to district court. Appeals Court nominees have always been controversial just by the virtue that their rulings are typically permanent (SCOTUS hears only a small selection of the thousands of appeals it is asked to hear in any given year), while District Court nominees are less likely to be controversial since everyone knows they are far more likely to be overruled by a higher court.
