The new Southern Constitution requires, among other things, that a census of Southern citizens be conducted a week before each regularly scheduled election.
Rather than reinvent the wheel, I figure it makes sense to take the existing Federal census and attach a supplement if there are any discrepancies (either due to last minute registrations before the deadline or if there is a Southern-specific enfranchisement / disenfranchisement). I know I can speak for many Southerners in expressing thanks to thumb21 for his work in maintaining the federal census bureau.
Since the new Constitution does not go into effect until tomorrow, there technically is not an obligation to post a Southern census ahead of this weekend's election, but I thought I'd start this thread to provide a template going further.
