Just FYI, this thread is only for regional party registrations (a regional party being something of a local political coalition, along the lines of the NPL in North Dakota). I suppose you can create a regional party that shares its name with a federally-established party, but legally speaking, the two entities must remain separate in order to gain ballot recognition (i.e. there would be a regional PRDC and a federal PRDC, but the two could not consult each other).
