I now open this up to the floor for debate.

EDIT: Before he left for Fremont, 1184AZ wrote this bill. As he is no longer a member of the Chamber and cannot sponsor this bill, I have taken over as sponsor.

I've talked with Ben about this and I think that voting on the bill as is, is the best way to go forward. Any objections?

Hold on, it appears I have done something wrong. The vote on the amendment is now postponed until further notice.

With 2 AYE votes, 1 NAY vote, and 2 delegates not voting, the AYEs have it and Ben Kenobi's amendment passes.

I now open a 36-hour vote on the final bill.

Since the end of the vote is only thirty minutes away, and the result is already determined, i'm just going to end the vote now.

With 3 AYE votes, no NAY votes, and 2 members not voting, The AYEs have it and the bill will be submitted to Governor dfwlibertylover's desk.
