While it is not required for this caucus itself, in order for this caucus to be recognized under the Federalist Bylaw Amendment proposal and have its leader be part of the platform committee, all members of the caucus will have to be registered Federalists.

I will set the timeline like so:

- keep letting people sign up (through Friday 5/5 11:59 PM Central) (people can still sign up after that)
- Start chair nominations (Saturday and Sunday)
- Vote on Chair (Monday through Friday, 120 hour vote)
- decide what we want to do with this (after Friday with chairperson elections)
