Booker has now the Inside-Track after winning the South Carolina Democratic Primary beating Sanders & Kaine by over 20 Percentage Points. Super Tuesday is very "Friendly" for him with a large portion of African Americans voting. I wouldn't be surprised if he takes a Delegate-lead.

That being said this Nomination will go on for awhile.

Marco Rubio's Presidency
March 2020, Part 1

President Rubio's job approval rating :
Approve : 63 %
Disapprove : 33 %
Unsure : 4 %

March 1 :

-President Rubio campaigns in San Francisco and highlights his administration's accomplishments in terms of immigration, trade and national security, including the reinforcement of the U.S. Navy as well as of its presence on the Pacific, which helped the U.S. to successfully counter the North Korean threat with a reinforcement of the sanctions and of America's alliances around the Pacific as well the creation of an anti-missile shield to take down any North Korean missile launched against any nation. Campaigning in San Bernardino, California, the President also highlighted all the progres made by his administration in terms of fight against terrorism, reminding voters that ISIS is almost defeated in Syria and is eradicated in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan as well as in the Arabian Peninsula and in North Africa and that Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is eliminated. He declared that America is better off than it was 4 years ago, including in terms of national security and that « we'll be even much better off in the next four years thanks to America's total, unconditional and final victory against radical Islamic terrorism. My opponents have no plan to get there but I have one and it is to keep our alliances strong, to strengthen and modernize our military and to go after terrorists wherever they are until we obtain victory. Security and peace will be finally restored. »

March 2 :

-Campaigning in San Diego, California, President Rubio cites a strong economy, strong national security and decreasing terrorist threat and calls on voters to fight for their future by going to the polls on Super Tuesday at the highest possible number in order to make sure that America's best days are ahead.

March 3 :

-Voters in the states of Alabama, California, Colorado, Georgia, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont and Virginia go to the polls ahead of Super Tuesday.

March 4 :

-Since ISIS is apparently looking for support in the Democratic Republic of the Congo in order to make this large country a safe heaven for terrorism, Secretary of State Lindsey Graham calls on the Congolese government to use sharing of biometric data in order to reinforce security in its borders to make sure ISIS won't infiltrate the RDC and will be totally defeated in Africa.

March 6 :

-The 2020 Democratic presidential contenders hold their 11th primary debate in Columbus, Ohio where Bernie Sanders hammered Tim Kaine on his support to free trade while Cory Booker slammed Elizabeth Warren on her support to the Ex-Im Bank.

-The Senate votes unanimously for the Cybersecurity Partnership Act that has yet to pass the House of Representatives next week.

March 7 :
-The Democratic voters in Kansas, Louisiana and Nebraska go to the polls in the context of the primaries and caucuses held in these states.

March 8 :

-Businessman Gary Cohn announced during a rally in Akron, Ohio, that he's running for Congress in Ohio's 13th congressional district, challenging Democratic Minority House Leader Tim Ryan. In fact, the National Republican Congressional Campaign Committee successfully recruited Cohn to run in this district, estimating that he would represent the best chance to defat Ryan due to his business background and economic credentials, the moreover that this district that usually votes Democrat in presidential elections by over 25 percentage points has been won by Hillary Clinton in 2016 by only 6 percentage points, which gives hope for the Republicans to win this district and to make Tim Ryan a new Tom Daschle (who was the Democratic Leader in the Senate from 2001 to 2005 and was defeated during the 2004 Senate elections by John Thune in South Dakota).

-Democratic voters in Maine go to the polls for the Maine Democratic caucuses.

March 9-10 :
-President Rubio campaigns in Michigan and Ohio on jobs, trade, energy and health care.

-Democratic voters in Michigan, Ohio, Missouri and Mississippi go to the polls in the context of the primaries held in these states on March 10.

March 11 :

-President Rubio campaigns for Gary Cohn in Akron, Ohio where he praises his business expertise and declares that this is the kind of experience needed in a congressman in these times of prosperity.

March 13 :

-The House of Representatives almost unanimously votes for the Cybersecurity Partnership Act that is later is signed later by President Rubio, thus establishing a Cybersecurity Unit between the United States and Japan to counter North Korea's cyberattacks against any nation.

Here are my Preditions for the Democratic Super Tuesday Contests:

Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee = Cory Booker
Virginia = Toss Up between Kaine and Booker
Vermont, Minnesota, Oklahoma = Sanders
Massachusetts = Warren
Colorado = Hickenlooper
Texas, California = Toss Up...no idea where they are going. Could be free for all though but I'm guessing Hickenlooper will do well in both too because of having governed a State with large Hispanic Population. Would be interesting if any of the big Names in California endorsed a Candidate like former Senators Feinstein, Boxer...Senator Harris & Governor Newsom.

Elizabeth Warren : 14 % - 0 delegate
Tim Kaine : 10 % - 0 delegate
John Hickenlooper : 1 % - 0 delegate

BERNIE SANDERS WINS THE DEMOCRATS ABROAD PRIMARY

Wolf Blitzer : So as we can see Sanders has now 544 delegates, Booker 436, Kaine 358 and Warren 169, which makes a pretty close race in terms of delegate count.

John King : If it goes on like this for the rest of the primary race, maybe it will result to a brokered convention with no candidate getting to the 2026 delegate threshold, which would benefit to President Rubio with a division of the Democratic base while he is already entirely focusing on the 2020 presidential campaign due to his incumbency and his popularity.

Anderson Cooper : Wolf, according to a report we just received, John Hickenlooper dropped out of the race after his weak performance on Super Tuesday with only 53 delegates.

JOHN HICKENLOOPER DROPS OUT OF THE RACE
Wolf Blitzer : So that's what concludes Super Tuesday 2020 and we want to thank you ladies and gentlemen for being with us for this coverage and we'll meet again in 4 days for the primaries and caucuses in Kansas, Nebraska and Lousiana. Thank you and good night.

UWS,
It would be nice if you could provide some Exit Polls for the Democratic Primary Contests. I'm having a hard time believing Sanders can win this simply because of the Numbers you've provided thus far. African-Americans & Hispanics have completely abandoned Sanders and if History tells us anything Sanders can't win the Democratic Nomination with just Whites.

I think Cory Booker will win Mississippi, Tim Kaine will win Ohio & Missouri while Sanders might take Michigan. The Southeast Corner of the United States coming on strong for Booker. He's the Favourite for me in North Carolina, Arkansas and Florida as well because of the Black Vote.

UWS,

African-Americans & Hispanics have completely abandoned Sanders and if History tells us anything Sanders can't win the Democratic Nomination with just Whites.

As you said, Sanders effectively can't win the nomination with white voters alone. His momentum is partly due to the divide of the Clinton base between Booker and Kaine. If we combine Booker's and Kaine's numbers, it would have surpassed Sanders' numbers. And that's why the eventuality of a brokered convention is increasing. So it's a pleasure for me to give some exit polls.

Georgia

Whites : Sanders (42 %), Warren (18 %), Hickenlooper (10 %), Booker (20 %), Kaine (10 %)

Blacks : Sanders (18 %), Warren ( 5 %), Hickenlooper (9 %), Booker (48 %), Kaine (20 %)

Texas

Whites : Sanders (20 %), Warren (14 %), Hickenlooper (15 %), Booker (21 %), Kaine (30 %)

Blacks : Sanders (15 %), Warren (7 %), Hickenlooper (11 %), Booker (47 %), Kaine (20 %)

Hispanics : Sanders (14 %), Warren (5 %), Hickenlooper (26 %), Booker (20 %), Kaine (35 %)

Tennessee

Whites : Sanders (25 %), Warren (10 %), Hickenlooper (11 %), Booker (19 %), Kaine (35 %)

Blacks : Sanders (16 %), Warren (8 %), Hickenlooper (10 %), Booker (44 %), Kaine (22 %)

Florida will be a two-way race between Booker and Kaine because Kaine is favored among Hispanic voters due to his fluency in Spanish and also since he was a missionary in Honduras. And because of Booker's advantage among African-Americans and Kaine's advantage among Hispanic voters, the race in Illinois will be close between Sanders, Booker and Kaine. The moreover that Hillary Clinton won the Illinois primary by less than 3 percentage points in 2016.

MINI SUPER TUESDAY 2020

CNN America's Choice theme : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uvpd4myQXs

Wolf Blitzer : Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I'm Wolf Blitzer from the CNN Election Center. Today, we're witnessing the coverage of mini Super Tuesday. President Rubio easily wins the Ohio, Michigan, Mississippi and Missouri primaries. The race in Ohio seems to be between Bernie Sanders and Cory Booker. Despite the fact that Ohio voters see Booker more electable than Sanders, the Vermont Senator benefits from the divide of the moderate/mainstream liberal vote between the New Jersey Senator and Tim Kaine, thus helping him to top Booker in Ohio, the moreover his base is strong in the Midwest, including in Ohio due to his populist message, the same in Michigan.

Wolf Blitzer : We can also see a close race between Booker and Sanders in Missouri, a primary Hillary Clinton very narrowly by less than one percentage point in 2016.

Elizabeth Warren : 6 %

Wolf Blitzer : It's now 8 : 15 pm and we can project that Cory Booker is reducing the gap between him and Bernie Sanders in Ohio and Michigan after winning in Detroit and in Cleveland. Sanders, meanwhile, is doing well in Michigan's northern counties where he connected with Democratic working class voters. He also narrowly wins in Toledo, Ohio, thus helping him to keep his lead in Ohio. Booker increased his lead in Missouri after sweeping the state's eastern couties, including the Saint Louis county (home to Saint Louis) where he's supported by minority primary voters.

Ohio Democratic primary (25 % reported) - 144 delegates

Wolf Blitzer : It is now 8 : 30 pm. Sanders is catching up to Booker in Missouri after winning in the Springfield area and widens his lead in Michigan after winning most of Michigan's western counties, including in Grand Rapids. In Ohio, Cory Booker is tightening the race thanks to his success in the Buckeye State's center counties, including in Columbus.

Wolf Blitzer : It is now 8 : 45 pm. Bernie Sanders and Cory Booker are sharing dominance in Ohio's eastern counties and the Vermont Senator is doing well in southwestern counties, including in the Dayton area. He edged Booker in Missouri after narrowly winning in Kansas City due to the fight between Booker and Kaine for the moderate vote.

Ohio Democratic primary (75 % reported) - 144 delegates

Mississippi Democratic primary (75 % reported) - 37 delegates

Cory Booker : 48 %
Tim Kaine : 20 %
Bernie Sanders : 19 %
Elizabeth Warren : 3 %

Wolf Blitzer : It is now 9 pm and we can project that this is a big night for Bernie Sanders. He wins in Ohio, Michigan and Missouri while Cory Booker wins big in Mississippi.

Ohio Democratic primary (100 % reported) - 144 delegates

Bernie Sanders : 40 % - 62 delegates ✔

Tim Kaine : 22 % - 9 delegates
Bernie Sanders : 21 % - 8 delegates
Elizabeth Warren : 5 % - 0 delegate

CORY BOOKER WINS THE MISSISSIPPI DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY

Anderson Cooper : Wolf, we just learned that Elizabeth Warren dropped out of the race after failing to do well in the Midwest.

ELIZABETH WARREN DROPS OUT OF THE RACE
Joe King : So she's likely to endorse Bernie Sanders, which would further benefit the Vermont Senator in his campaign for the Democratic nomination. That remains to be seen in the next few weeks as the primaries and caucuses in western states like Idaho, Utah, Alaska, Hawaii and the state of Washington seem likely to be in his favor like it was the case 4 years ago.

Wolf Blitzer : So most of the attacks in the Democratic primary race will likely be focused against Sanders. It will be interesting. We want to thank you ladies and gentlemen for being here with us tonight for the coverage of mini Super Tuesday. We'll see you again next week for the coverage of the primaries in Florida and Illinois. We wish you good night.

Marco Rubio's Presidency
March 2020, Part 2

March 16-17 :

-President Rubio and his family campaign in his home state of Florida on his accomplishments like strong economic growth, weaker terrorist threat due to strong national security and strong and modernized U.S. military and reform of the immigration system. He also highlights his record in standing with Israel against Palestinian extremist groups and Iran's nuclear threat through sanctions that weakened Iran's economy and diminished Tehran's ability to build nuclear weapons and to sponsor terrorist groups. He attacked Bernie Sanders, Cory Booker and Tim Kaine on their « weak record on Israel, Iran and terrorism », thus reinforcing his performance among Florida's Jewish voters. The President also hold campaign fundraising events in Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville and Palm Beach.

March 17 :

-Democratic voters in Florida and Illinois as well as in the Northern Marianas go to the polls in the context of the Florida, Illinois and Northern Marianas Democratic primaries and caucuses.

March 18 :

-After dropping out of the race, Elizabeth Warren announces her endorsement to Bernie Sanders.

March 19 :

-President Rubio meets with a bipartisan group of senators at the White House and calls on them to  pass a plan to approve a free trade agreement between the U.S. and India and to adopt a legislation to call America's allies to reinforce the use of sharing of biometric data in order to reinforce security and to fight terrorism.

March 20 :

-After dropping out of the race following Super Tuesday, John Hickenlooper announced that he's running for senate in Colorado in 2020, challenging Republican Senator Cory Gardner.

March 22 :

-Senator Joni Ernst, who is up for senate re-election in 2020, introduces the Global Security Act to encourage America and its allies, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, to reinforce the use of sharing of biometric data in order to reinforce security in international borders to make and to stop any attempt by ISIS to expand in the RDC or anywhere else in the world. The Senate will vote on that bill on March 31 while the House of Representatives will do the same on April 5.

March 24 :

-Arizona, Utah and Idaho hold their Democratic presidential primaries and caucuses.

March 25 :

-Campaigning for Joni Ernst in Des Moines, Iowa, President Rubio praises her leadership with her sponsorship of the Global Security Act and calls on the Congress to approve it for the sake of international security and America's victory against terrorism.

March 26 :
-The state of Washington holds its Democratic caucuses.

March 27 :

-According to an international report, the United States largely surpassed Russia and Saudi Arabia as the largest oil producer in the world to the Rubio Administration's energy policy that encouraged  oil drilling and the construction of pipelines. As a result, America accomplished its path to energy independence.

March 28 :

-Democratic voters in Alaska and Hawaii head to the polls ahead of the Democratic caucuses in these two states.

March 29 :

-In the context of the progress that Bernie Sanders, a harsh opponent of free trade and free enterprise, is doing in the Democratic presidential primaries, former Republican U.S. Representative William Reynolds Archer Jr., 92, who was the co-sponsor of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Implementation Act in 1993, gave a testimony at a Senate hearing before the U.S. Senate Committee on Foreign Relations. While warning about populism and the anti-free trade agenda adopted by Senator Sanders, he praised the effects of NAFTA's benefits on the U.S. economy such as lower tariffs, lower costs for American products, lower costs of trading, stronger U.S. automobile industry and stronger job creation in America. In addtition of praising President Rubio's championship of free trade through the ratification of new free trade agreements with Europe and Latin America and through tax cuts on America's manufacturing industry and reduction of its corporate tax rate to 15 %, Archer gave arguments in favor of a free trade agreement between America and India (such as further counter-balancing China's trade power, lower tariffs, stronger American competition in the world economy and promotion of free market and job creation in the United States) in order to convince the Senate to legislate on a possible free trade agreement between the two countries.

March 30 :

-Due to the momentum Bernie Sanders is enjoying in the Democratic presidential primaries, President Rubio's re-election campaign launches a new Super PAC called « Democrats for Rubio » in order to reinforce the Republican President's appeal among Democratic moderate/mainstream voters who oppose Senator Sanders' agenda promoting populism, anti free-trade, anti-capitalism and would reverse the counter-terrorism efforts given in the last 4 years to combat terrorism, considering that Sanders' nomination could cause a haemorrhage of mainstream Democratic voters who could give their support to President Rubio in 2020. Joe Lieberman, former Democratic senator of Connecticut who then became an Independent, Al Gore's running mate in 2000 and supporter of John McCain in 2008, chairs the new Political Action Committee that will raise all the necessary money for campaign ads and organize all the necessary campaign rallies for President Rubio's campaign to attract Democratic voters in the case Sanders wins the Democratic nomination.

March 31 :
-The Senate votes 86-14 for the Global Security Act that has yet to pass the House of Representatives next week.

You do realize that Christine Todd Whitman would be 74 years old on Election Day. Why all these old people?

UWS,

You're right. Anyway I planned for the next updates that the New Jersey General Assembly that is under Democratic control would approve a bill allowing Cory Booker to run both for President and senate re-election at the same time in order to make sure the Democrats will keep this senate seat in 2020 no matter if Booker wins or loses the 2020 Democratic presidential primaries.

FLORIDA AND ILLINOIS DEMOCRATIC PRIMARIES, 2020

CNN America's Choice theme : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6uvpd4myQXs

Wolf Blitzer : Good evening ladies and gentlemen. I'm Wolf Blitzer from the CNN Election Center. Tonight, we're covering the Democratic presidential primaries in Florida, the home state of President Rubio, and Illinois as well as in the Northern Marianas. As President Rubio is running unopposed, he easily wins his home state of Florida as well as Illinois and the Northern Marianas.

Florida Republican primary (1 % reported) - 120 delegates

Marco Rubio : 100 % - 9 delegates ✔

MARCO RUBIO WINS THE NORTHERN MARIANAS REPUBLICAN CAUCUSES

Wolf Blitzer : On the Democratic side, we can see that the race in Florida is close between Cory Booker and Tim Kaine. If we look at Illinois, unlike in 2016, the divide of the Clinton base between Booker and Kaine could hand a victory for Bernie Sanders who lost this state to Hillary Clinton by only 2 percentage points four years ago.

Florida Democratic primary (1 % reported) - 229 delegates

Cory Booker : 38 %
Tim Kaine : 35 %
Bernie Sanders : 26 %

Cory Booker : 36 %
Tim Kaine : 22 %

Northern Marianas Democratic caucuses (1 % reported) - 6 delegates

Cory Booker : 38 %
Bernie Sanders : 28 %
Tim Kaine : 20 %

Wolf Blitzer : It is now 8 : 15 pm and Cory Booker increased his lead in Florida after sweeping most of Florida's northern counties, including in the Tallahassee area where he benefits from the support of African-American voters. However, Tim Kaine is narrowly leading in Jacksonville, which keeps his hopes of victory in the Florida Democratic primary alive. Booker is enjoying the same momentum in Illinois due to his dominance in the Chicago area. But the night is not over yet.

Florida Democratic primary (25 % reported) - 229 delegates

Cory Booker : 41 %
Tim Kaine : 37 %
Bernie Sanders : 22 %

Illinois Democratic primary (25 % reported) - 170 delegates

Cory Booker : 39 %

Cory Booker : 43 %
Bernie Sanders : 25 %
Tim Kaine : 21 %

Wolf Blitzer : It is now 8 : 30 pm and Tim Kaine is catching up to Cory Booker in Florida due to his advantage in Florida's southern counties, including the Miami-Dade county (home to Miami). Bernie Sanders took back the lead in Illinois after winning the Sangamon county (home to Springdield).

Florida Democratic primary (50 % reported) - 229 delegates

Tim Kaine : 39 %
Cory Booker : 37 %
Bernie Sanders : 24 %

Illinois Democratic primary (50 % reported) - 170 delegates

Tim Kaine : 21 %

Northern Marianas Democratic caucuses (50 % reported) - 6 delegates

Cory Booker : 43 %
Bernie Sanders : 27 %
Tim Kaine : 20 %

Wolf Blitzer : Now is 8 : 45 pm. Kaine edges Booker and Sanders in the Tampa area and in St. Petersburg. in Florida due to his advantage in Florida's southern counties, including the Miami-Dade county (home to Miami). Bernie Sanders widens his lead in Illinois due to his supremacy in the counties surrounding and including the cities of Joliet, Rockford and Naperville, Illinois' second, third and fourth largest cities.

Florida Democratic primary (75 % reported) - 229 delegates

Tim Kaine : 42 %
Cory Booker : 35 %
Bernie Sanders : 23 %

Illinois Democratic primary (75 % reported) - 170 delegates

Bernie Sanders : 44 %
Cory Booker : 36 %
Tim Kaine : 20 %

Northern Marianas Democratic caucuses (75 % reported) - 6 delegates

Cory Booker : 43 %
Bernie Sanders : 28 %
Tim Kaine : 19 %

Wolf Blitzer : It's now 9 pm and we can project that Tim Kaine wins the Florida Democratic primary while Bernie Sanders wins the Illinois primary. Cory Booker wins the Democratic caucuses in the Northern Marianas. Another turnaround in the race for the Democratic nomination as both Sanders and Kaine won states that are among those with the highest population ranking.

Florida Democratic primary (100 % reported) - 229 delegates

Tim Kaine : 43 % - 98 delegates ✔
Cory Booker : 35 % - 80 delegates

Tim Kaine : 24 % - 1 delegate

CORY BOOKER WINS THE NORTHERN MARIANAS DEMOCRATIC CAUCUSES
