This, absolutely. The issue is that there is no effective redistribution mechanism on the national level in the U.S. to compensate regions for which NAFTA is a net negative.

NAFTA supports millions of American jobs, has greatly increased the amount of foreign direct investment into the US, and betters relations with Canada and Mexico.

There are very real concerns with the loss of our manufacturing base and communities being left behind, economically, but I blame that more on a completely ineffective job re-training system in this country.

Overall, FF agreement.
