Scissorland may be a bit too inaccurate, since we don't have a larger amount of trans women in this region than any other (I don't think), so I'll settle for Beckett or Calavicci.

I don't know. 'Imperial Domain of the South' sounds a bit warlike, don't you think? Then again, Emperor diptheriadan does have a nice ring to it...

Why aren't we the south anymore? Who decided Fremont was a good idea? Why on earth does anyone still think bringing back the days of the IDS circle jerk for renaissance fair goers is a good idea?

"Fremont" is actually the name of the Western Region these days; the North is called "Lincoln". I think the South is still called "the South" for all intents and purposes; these generic names they're proposing like "Jefferson" are one thing but turning the South back into a sci-fi convention GOES TOO FAR
