The Oprah 2020 thread really got me thinking. She could possibly be a major player in 2020 if she plays her cards right and makes a serious bid for President.
Let's say that she spends the next three years reading up on policy, traveling to foreign countries, participating in major protests, etc. She forms an exploratory committee, and in 2019 she finally pulls the trigger (this could make a good timeline now that I think about it).
Let's assume it's a crowded field like the Republican field in 2016, what do the maps look like with this roster:
- Oprah - Booker - Warren - Cuomo - Harris - Brown - Gillibrand - Castro - O’Malley - Klobuchar - Bullock
Which candidates would emerge as the front runners? Is a crowded field better for Oprah or no?
