For their sake I hope not!  The tragic spectacle of the wronged Hussein may remind them of the necessity of such weapons.

you can't tell me the North Korean people are better off under Kim Jong-Il then pretty much ANY american...
Oh he can...

Where did I mention the 'North Korean people' or make any claim as to who they may be 'better off under'?  I merely said that if Kim John Ill and the sovereign government of N.Korea wish to maintain that sovereignty against the Empire, they damn well better have nuclear weapons.
