I am forming an exploratory committee on whether or not to run for re-election as President of Atlasia. I will decide whether or not to run officially by Late April or Early May. If you'd like to help in this, let me know in PM's or below!

The next Presidential election is in June. What he's saying is that he'll decide if he's running for re-election by the end of next month - presumably to allow for the Federalists to hold a primary (if needed) and campaigning.
