So, my bill, so I'll speak first. This be my first bill in atlasia so I don't expect it to be perfect. Never the less I feel it is vital for us to make our buildings more eco-friendly. I figure this is a good start.

My thanks to the honorable Member for taking the initiative in drafting this legislation. At this day and age, it is imperative that Fremont look for ways to promote renewable energy and curb carbon emissions, and I'm pleased to find the Commons shares that opinion.

I do have a question regarding the funding of Section 3. Has the sponsor spoken with the Game Moderator in regards to the cost of this program? If so, is funding provided by the existing budget, or would additional revenue be required?

Let it be known that at the very least. I am an honest man.

I did not think to speak to the GM, I probably should of figured I'd have to ask for info on that, however I didn't know that was needed.

I will contact him and see what he says. I apologise for the trouble.

No problem; that's what the amendment process is for. Smiley

First off, thank you for the numbers.

Secondly, looking through the files I couldn't find anything denoting a full on budget, however, going off the info provided by the deputy GM, after the initial cost of setting everything up, the yearly cost of the bill would be $817,344.09, a drop in the pan of the estimated revinue brought by the Fremont Revenue Act (https://uselectionatlas.org/FORUM/index.php?topic=246364.0)

As such, I feel confident in saying that current funding should be able to handle the bill without new sources of revenue.

Yeah, for some reason, the old Legislative Assembly collected some $521.6 billion in revenue last year, deposited the check in the Treasury, and completely forgot about it. That being the case, I don't see a reason not to use this money to promote energy efficiency in the regional government.

I offer the following amendment:

Quite plainly, this amends then original bill to clearly state where the money for this program is coming from, and makes some minor grammatical/spelling corrections besides. Members have 24 hours to object.
