(Keeping in mind that the goal of the slogan would be "to say as much as possible, while actually saying nothing." He would need to be able to tie all of his policy positions and overall vision into it.)

I think something about the American Dream is good, because virtually every American love that. It is deeply ingrained in every American mind, but it can also be a left-wing idea.

Where "American Dream" = Cheaper college, a living wage, and healthcare for all.

The thing about a slogan is not the words themselves, it's the meaning they are given. Obama's slogans could have been seen as shallow and empty but he used them and made them into something voters could support. Whatever Brown chooses he needs to make voters understand it and support it.
