Since the Dukakis States has OR, and WA , I would obviously go with the Dukakis states. Other than that I would go with the Dole States(Cause in my opinion TX>NY)

That is not the point.

There is always the occasional innocent person wrongfully sentenced to death and wrongfully executed. No one can ever realistically tell anyone else that there is a 100% chance that they will not be next.
