I don't know where the social policy comes from. And Defense should be higher, since I never cut it, intervened and annexed a nation, keep choosing to modernize it, etc.

It usually stops after 3-4 days.

Yes. It makes sense that it would stop after a few days.

Also, the region you started in is one of 5 or so that all new nations begin in. Those regions are considered open for recruiting. If you join a different region, then the recruitment messages should stop.

We should make an Atlasia region haha, been a few years since I last played that game.
