What is New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's Electoral College floor if he wins the 2020 Democratic primaries? What is his EC ceiling? Discuss with maps.

Ceiling - Trump is a complete disaster and faces a strong third party challenger from the right/center-right


Cuomo 461 - Trump 77

Floor - Trump is popular, and Cuomo pisses off the left wing of the party and campaigns as the corporate shill he is



Trump 353 - Cuomo 185

This far out, Cuomo's ceiling/far is the same as every single other Democrat.  This early in the campaign, there's too much that can happen still to be able to write certain states off for certain candidates.
