Of course I am (just like I am with excessive tattoos and piercings and rebel culture in general).  I tend to look away in disgust when I see these types.  It may not be a good thing, but it is certainly my natural reaction.

Of course, it's a disturbing practice that generally signals people I don't want to spend time with. It's just unnecessary and a sign of "OH, I'M TRYING TO BE EDGY." Of course evergreen has blue-green hair, that's the kind of person who usually has it. Nothing wrong with it if used for any other point, but unfortunately its only purpose is to be edgy. On people in general? No. But I don't live in a hipster area, so I don't see a whole lot of it. It does seem like most of the people I know who do color their hair like that are kind of obnoxious and not all that fun to be around, though. But that's just my experience with a small sample size, so it's not like blue hair would make a big first impression on me.

I wouldn't want my wife coming home looking like that, though. I only like her hair in its natural (light brown with blonde highlights) color. And I think it goes without saying that I don't plan on changing mine, either.

To answer the question: absolutely not. I love unnatural hair colors, especially on girls. Silver, pink, purple, blue, cotton candy, and so on, can make a pretty girl even prettier. Even on guys it can look good. But to be fair, I also like tattoos and love piercings on girls as well. Too much is unattractive, but a nice amount looks great. But I couldn't dislike people with tattoos without disliking myself since I have a large one on my forearm and want more.
