As time goes on, I become more and more convinced that this campaign broke Terry Hayes’s brain

She’s the treasurer for god’s sake, and this is what she’s doing with numbers?

Well she can’t exactly go post “Hey guys, we’re screwed. There’s no chance of winning.”
That’s basically what cutler did.
Guess she's a different type of independent Tongue

Terry Hayes, who throughout this entire campaign has said she’d never run a negative ad, is now putting this on Maine Facebook pages

I don't think ads promoting strategic voting are "negative" ads, really. That said, Hayes's actual chances are... low.

He has no political instincts.

That's more likely to make people laugh at him than to actually vote for him.

Great news, I want Mills to win now, eventhough, like Sisolak, they're aren't the most exciting candidates

Excitement should come second to a politician representing your values as best as possible.

Caron was polling around 3%, so not much of an effect, but it could put Mills at a 10-point lead.

Hopefully. People on the ground still seem to think that it's much closer than the polls indicate, so it might give her the edge.

So maybe Hayes is taking more from Moody (as her released internal suffested) than Mills. Why else would the GOP spend time and money making this ad?:

Good sign for Democrats: early voting on pace to smash records.

On a night where results defied the polls in both directions, the polls in Maine were spot on. With 85% of precincts reporting, Mills is up by 8 and has surpassed 50% of the vote. An absolutely historic result, and a major repudiation of the GOP.

Golden's down by about a thousand on the first ballot, but it will go to RCV and he will win then.

A Democrat in the Blaine House and a Democratic Senate and House? Nice. And Janet won Franklin County!
