Election  2016: Update
"This is more than my legacy; this is about our future!"

Paul May Play the Role of Spoiler in Some States
Former Republican Congressman Ron Paul continues to campaign in places, where he may prove a spoiler, including in Ohio, Colorado, New Hampshire and Nevada. A recent poll in Alaska, found him running in third place with 16%. Marco Rubio leads with 49%.

Still Feeling the Bern
Disaffected Democrats and the legion of Bernie Sanders supporters are still standing by their candidate as he campaigns for the Presidency as an independent. He continues to draw large crowds,
and much like Ron Paul to Marco Rubio, is seen to be playing a spoiler in many states critical to Elizabeth Warren's path to victory. Currently Sanders is leading in his home state with 48% of the vote.

Rubio Nets Chicago Tribune Endorsement: He is America's Bright Future

Rubio Endorsements:
Pete Hegseth
Khizr Khan and Ghazala Khan
Lawrence Kudlow
Roger Stone
National Rifle Association (NRA)
Koch Brothers
Chicago Tribune
Mark Cuban, businessman and 2016 presidential candidate
Gary Bauer, political activist and 2000 Republican presidential candidate

Sanders Endorsements:

League of United Latin American Citizens:

- Working Families Party. Sanders intends to run on the WFP line in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland and Washington DC:
- Vermont Progressive Party:
- Oregon Progressive Party:
- Rep. Alan Grayson:
-Americans for Democratic Action:
-United Automobile Workers:

Paul Endorsements:
Ed Crane - Ed Crane, co-founder of the CATO Institute should endorse Ron Paul due to their shared views about foreign policy and less government intervention

Former governor Jesse Ventura - Ventura should endorse Ron Paul due to their shared views on ending the war on drugs, ending surveillance programs and repealing the 16th amendment.

Former representative Barry Goldwater Jr - Barry Goldwater Jr should endorse Ron Paul because according to himself in 2012: "He's one of the most honest and genuine man I ever met" "Ron Paul believes you should keep the money you earn" "Ron Paul believes in a strong national defense but without being the policeman of the world"

Tucker Carlson - Carlson should endorse Ron Paul due to their shared views on foreign policy and the economy

This Round will last until Friday night at 11 PM EST.
Dates will cover: July 29-August 5, 2016

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule July 29-August 5 2016, Part 1

July 29
-Flight to Aurora, Colorado
-Meet with voters in Aurora, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy and Cory Gardner
-Medical marijuana legalization policy speech at University of Colorado Hospital in Aurora, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy and Cory Gardner Sad

While our health system is broken, Obamacare is making it even worse, making healthcare and Medicare less accessible for Americans, which is why it must be replaced by a free market version that increases choices for our people.

There are much more benefits than risks in legalizing medical marijuana. Peer-reviewed, evidence-based studies have proven that cannabis can be beneficial to patients suffering from illnesses such as AIDS, cancer, glaucoma, epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries and many other serious, debilitating, or terminal conditions. The properties in marijuana can greatly relieve chronic pain associated with these illnesses. Additionally, many patients have tried the typically prescribed drugs during their suffering and have found little to no positive results. For some, medical marijuana is the only substance that can lift their suffering so they can lead manageable, happier, and more fulfilling lives. According to some studies, the option of medical marijuana is safer than pharmaceuticals. Marijuana is natural, while pharmaceuticals are filled with a wide variety of chemicals that most people cannot even pronounce let alone fully understand. These chemicals can lead to myriad side effects for the patients who use them. Pain killers can be severely addictive and ruin patients' lives, while other mainstream drugs can cause gastrointestinal issues, allergic reactions, blindness, internal bleeding, organ failure, and even death from complications or overdose. Many patients simply cannot handle the daily and long-term side effects of prescription drugs. With medical marijuana, patients can reap the benefits of managing their symptoms without having to worry about addiction, overdose or, serious side effects that aren't worth the risk of pharmaceutical drugs.

That's why my running mate and I are here to reiterate our pledge to legalize medical marijuana, which will improve health services and save lives.

[Crowd applauds]

-Immigration policy speech in Aurora, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy and Cory Gardner
-Speech at the Aurora Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Aurora, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy and Cory Gardner in an effort to attract Hispanic voters
-Foreign policy speech at Buckley Air Force Base in Aurora, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy and Cory Gardner
-Meet with voters in Littleton, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy, Cory Gardner and Ted Cruz
-Meet with voters in Columbine, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy, Cory Gardner and Ted Cruz
-Meet with voters in Brighton, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy, Cory Gardner and Ted Cruz
-Meet with voters in Thornton, Colorado with Stephen Pearcy, Cory Gardner and Ted Cruz
-Energy policy speech with undecided voters given by Ted Cruz in Thornton, Colorado Sad

Conservatives must rally towards our cause. They must rally behind Marco Rubio if they want to stop Elizabeth Warren from winning the White House and from giving us four more years of big government and sluggish economy heading us to a recession.

[Crowd cheers and applauds]

Marco Rubio is the only real defender of American values, especially free market, free enterprise, fiscal responsibility and opportunity for all Americans. On the other hand, we've got Ron Paul who pretends to be a champion of conservatism. Well, that is not quite accurate. In 2003, he voted against the Energy Omnibus bill that allowed oil drilling in ANWR to expand domestic energy sources, that allowed tax breaks for energy production and conservation and that encouraged and allowed for research and exploration of new energy and heating sources.

[Crowd boos]

That is the contrast of a conservative record. But fortunately, Marco Rubio will get us to energy independence by encouraging oil drilling and oil production, approving the construction of Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines, approving oil exploitation in ANWR and abolish taxes and regulations on our coal industry, which will bring coal jobs back here in America and accelerate our path to energy independence. Then, we will use a part of the revenues from oil drilling to invest in the development of renewable energies. That won't be done with money borrowed from taxpayers but with gained money. That way, we will boost our manufacturing industry as well as our automobile industry, thus preventing bankruptcies in cities like Detroit, Cleveland, Milwaukee, Chicago, Minneapolis, etc. and make our cars less expensive than Asian cars, which will give us the advantage in trade deals with our Asian allies and partners.

[Crowd cheers and applauds]

So if you want an administration that will encourage America's permanent economic prosperity through free enterprise and free market, competition in the world economy and energy independence, I call you to come out and vote for Marco Rubio.

[Crowd cheers and applauds from the crowd of undecided voters who are now decided to vote for Marco Rubio on November 8]

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad
In an effort to win among voters who selected foreign policy as the most important issue, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad narrating Marco Rubio's plan to arm the right groups in the Middle East in order to fight ISIS.

The ad titled « Victory through Carefulness » airs in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, the New York state, New Jersey, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Virginia, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, Montana, California, Oregon, the Washington state, Nebraska, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii

« Victory through Carefulness » advertisement narration :

Narrator : While America and its allies are fighting ISIS in Syria and Iraq, the Obama administration is arming Syrian rebel groups in an effort to intensify our fight against radical Islamic terrorism in the Middle East.

But there are some of these groups that we know nothing about and have ties with radical Islamic terrorist groups such as ISIS, Al Qaeda, Al Nosra, etc. in addition of fighting for them. And yet, this administration blindly keeps arming these rebels, which risks of giving the upper hand to terrorists and of making Syria a safe haven for terrorism. That's what will happen under a Warren administration.

Marco Rubio has a better plan to fight jihadism. In addition of providing the Kurds in weapons, he will put in place background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them, which will help us to learn more about these rebels and to determine which of them are fighting for terrorist groups and don't deserve weapons and which rebels are really fighting ISIS and need to be materially supported. That way, we will deprive terrorists of weapons and support only anti-ISIS forces, which will get us as many anti-jihadist forces as possible. That will be a great step to our victory against ISIS as well as to peace, freedom, security and stability in the Middle East.

Marco Rubio : I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Pearcy campaigns with his daughter Jewel in Cleveland Ohio on small business

Senator Rubio and I will fight for small businesses and working class families.  However Senator Warren and Brown won't because and you can look this up in 2000 Senator Brown then a Congressman voted against lowering taxes for small businesses and working class families.

He was one of the major reasons why the Small Businesses Tax Fairness act didn't past in 2000 and since then 35 times have voted to raise taxes on hard working small businesses and working and middle class families.

He is a classic tax and spend democrat just like President Obama and Elizabeth Warren *Crowd boos*

However if you elect Marco Rubio in November he will fight for small businesses and working class families especially ones here in the Midwest *Crowd cheers*

He will fight for lower taxes and fewer regulations so that small businesses and the working class can win again.

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule July 29-August 5 2016, Part 2

July 31
-Flight to Springfield, Ohio with family
-Meet with voters in Springfield, Ohio with family and Rob Portman
-Meet with college voters at Wittenburg University in Springfield, Ohio with family Rob Portman in an effort to win among undecided young voters Sad

This election is about you, about what kind of America you, your children and grandchildren are going to inherit. This election is a generational choice. America is a great country, but not by accident.

During the last eight years, during Barack Obama's presidency, just like several young people all across this country, many of you came of political age and graduated or are about to graduate. But many of the graduates of the last eight years graduated without a college-level job. Last week, I was campaigning in Harrisonburg, Virginia, where a college voter who had just graduated said « I've got my degree, I can't find a job. I've got three part-time jobs; they're just barely enough to pay for my food and pay for an apartment. I can't begin to pay back my student loans. » Young people's struggles are due to Barack Obama's big government policies that increased taxes and regulations on all Americans, including young people, weakened their purchasing power, made us more dependent on foreign energy, killed American jobs, shipped American businesses overseas by making America a harder place to do business and increased the debt that is about to hit 20 trillion dollars. That is just unacceptable because big government means more debt and more debt means less jobs and less opportunities. All this will continue under Elizabeth Warren who is seeking to be Barack Obama's heir as she runs for his third term.

As President of the United States, I'm going to change all of that. I know what it takes to create good-paying jobs and to restore the American Dream. I will do that by reducing taxes for all the American people, including the middle class and for young generations, by reforming our education system through school choice and by making America the best place in the world to do business by cutting taxes and regulations on businesses, including small business, abolishing Dodd-Frank, reducing the cost of doing business in America and lowering our nation's corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %. That's how we're going to give Millennials a fair chance to find good-paying jobs, to prosper, to raise a family and to live the American Dream. Otherwise, they will inherit a lifetime of debt.

Now our own generation as well as Millennials must choose what kind of country we want to be in this new century. Globalization and massive technological change present us with both great challenges and great opportunities. Like those before us, we must either embrace the future or be left behind by it. Your generation and our children, including my four children Amanda, Daniela, Anthony and Dominick, will either be the first generation of Americans to inherit a country in decline or they will be the freest and most prosperous generation ever seen in America. We must follow the latter option for the sake of the restoration of the American Dream and our country's status as the land of opportunity.

Americans not yet born will write the final verdict on our generation. Let them record that we made the right choice. Let them record that in the early years of this century, faced with a rapidly changing and uncertain world, our generation rose to face the great challenges of our time.

That's why I'm asking for your vote because if you do, you will inherit one of the most brightest and prosperous areas in America's history. This will be an area called a New American Century.

Schedule for Elizabeth Warren

July 29, 2016

Meet Voters in Barlow, Oregon

Meet Voters in Molalla, Oregon (With Joe Biden)

July 30, 2016

Speech in West Linn, Oregon (With Michelle Obama)

America faces a choice this November, between the hard right policies of Marco Rubio, and my progressive policies. I think the choice is clear. Do we send America backwards in time, or do we push America forward? I believe we push America forward, and vote for me.

Speech at Aloha Stadium, Halawa, Hawaii (With Barack Obama and Maizie Hirono)

There's one thing that links Marco Rubio and Bernie Sanders. Their running mates. Neither Stephen Pearcy nor Tulsi Gabbard are prepared to be President! Pearcy's last album to sell more than one million copies was in 1989...and by the way, a million copies isn't especially good, when you're competing with groups like Bon Jovi, Europe, Van Halen and Guns N'Roses. Gabbard voted for a farm bill that cut food stamps, and has ties to extremists in India. Is this what you want in your running mate Senator Sanders?

July 31, 2016

Meet Voters in Lodge Grass, Montana (With Jon Tester)

Book reading, Harry Potter and the Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone, in Hardin Montana

August 1, 2016

Marco Rubio's response to Elizabeth Warren in Pittsburgh, Pensylvania

Let me be clear, Senator Warren. The American people is sick and tired of your fearmongering attacks describing me as a far right extremist. That is simply not true. I am not an extremist. I am running to be President for all Americans. These are exactly the same attacks that were used against Ronald Reagan in 1980 and it did not work just as it won't work now. Adoption will make sure that all children will have their right to live. Allowing the Attorney General to delay the transfer of firearms to suspected terrorists and criminals, which you opposed, will prevent massive shootings and massacres without violating the Second Amendment. These are the positions are believe in and that's how I will, unlike you who has no solutions, be able to find common grounds with both sides of the political landscape. So it's time for you, Senator Warren, to stop distorting the facts about my campaign and my philosophy. This is about as low a blow as you can give in a presidential campaign.

[Crowd applauds]

Senator Warren is actually the one who wants to take us backwards in time. She is promoting the same failed economic policies that made America a harder place to do business, made us dependent on foreign energy and decreased our people's purchasing power through higher taxes and regulations, which gave us the weakest economic pace in our history. She seeks to increase the size of government that is already spending trillions of dollars more than it takes in and resulted to more debt than jobs. She is seeking bigger government intervention into healthcare paid for with higher taxes and cuts to Medicare, scores of new rules and regulations. She wants to cut in the military and in the homeland security, which will give us stronger terrorist threat and bring us back to a similar situation before 9/11. These ideas don't move us forward. These ideas move us backwards.

And Senator, there you again with our running mates' experience. I actually got a lot more accomplishments than you have and just like Bernie Sanders said, you accomplished nothing. Nada. I think Warren selected an experienced running mate in order to hide her inexperience, but Sherrod Brown is a running mate with bad experience. He voted against the Small Businesses Tax Fairness Act of 2000 that cut taxes for small businesses and increased the minimum wage. In 2002, even one year after the terrorist attacks of September 11 2001, he voted NO on establishing the United States Department of Homeland Security, which increased our national security and saved several lives in addition of preserving our freedom. And Brown refused to describe the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps while you know very well that Iran is the greatest sponsor of international terrorism. Is that the experience you want in your running mate, Senator Warren ? Is that the experience you want in a Vice-President? He may have experience but he does not have the judgement to occupy this office.

Me and Stephen Pearcy will bring both experience and judgement back to the White House because that's the kind of leadership America desperately needs. We're going to cut taxes for all Americans, for the middle class, for working families and for lower income Americans. That's how we're going to reinforce their purchasing power. By lowering our corporate tax rate to 20 % and by cutting taxes on America's manufacturing industry, we're going to make our trade deals fairer. By making our military and our alliances stronger and by taking real action against radical Islamic terrorism, we're going to defeat this evil for the sake of international peace, freedom, stability and security. That's how we will move America forward.

That's will happen under my administration, not under Warren who is promoting more of the same and seeks to pursue Barack Obama's failed economic policies that gave us a sluggish economy as well as his failed foreign policy that gave us stronger terrorist threat.

So America faces a choice this November, a third Obama term or a decisive change of direction that will bring prosperity for all Americans through free market and free enterprise, that will unite our people and that will keep us free and safe through a modernized military.

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad
In an effort to win among middle class voters, working class voters and unemployed people, Marco Rubio's presidential campaign broadcasts an ad attacking Elizabeth Warren for adopting policies that are crushing the middle class due to big government and also due to Warren's ties with Wall Street. This ad is also narrating Rubio's plan to get the middle class rising and winning again in order to get the U.S. economy dynamic again.

The ad titled « Real and Undisputed Champion of the Middle Class » airs in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Maine, Virginia, North Carolina, Florida, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, the Washington state, California, Nebraska, Montana, Alaska and Hawaii

« Real and Undisputed Champion of the Middle Class » advertisement narration :

Elizabeth Warren : The first thing I'm going to promise is that I'm going to be a voice in the room on behalf of the middle class families.

Narrator : Really? Congress had Warren overseeing how your tax dollars were spent on tarp bailouts, bailing out the same banks that helped cause the financial collapse, bailouts that handed a big bonus to bank executives while middle class Americans lost out. Later, Warren went on a charm offensive with some of the same banks who got bailed out.

Warren has claimed over and over again that she's a champion of the middle class and the poor and that she will take on Wall Street. And yet she is endorsed by Michael Bloomberg, a man who was a general partner at Salomon Brothers (a bulge-bracket Wall Street investment bank), a man who is none other than the 6th richest person in the United States and the 10th richest person in the world and who will spend in order to help Elizabeth Warren to buy this election. No wonder that Senator Warren has collected more than $630,000 from individuals in the securities and investment industry (making it the sixth highest industry in political donations to her campaigns) in addition of receiving $2.3 million in contributions from Wall Street lawyers and law firms (the second most of any industry only behind those who are retired) to her campaign’s coffers in order to fund her 2012 senatorial campaign. And she even admitted she accepted campaign contributions from Wall Street.

Elizabeth Warren : I do have donors on Wall Street.

Narrator : Warren also supports Dodd-Frank, a policy that made big banks bigger because the government made them big by imposing thousands of pages of regulations. Unlike small banks, big banks are able to deal with all these regulations because they have an army of lawyers and compliance officers, thus making big banks bigger while small banks are struggling to lend or to exist. Dodd-Frank is also eviscerating small businesses and small banks since it wiped out 40 % of small and mid-size banks that loan money to small businesses, which bankrupted small businesses, killed tens of thousands of jobs and drastically raised the unemployment rate. So Warren is supporting a policy that puts the special interests of Wall Street individuals ahead of the needs of America's middle class and hard working families.

Her running mate Sherrod Brown voted against the Small Business Tax Fairness Act of 2000 that reduced taxes on small businesses and increased the minimum wage. Elizabeth Warren and Sherrod Brown are seeking to pursue Barack Obama's failed big government policies that increased taxes and regulations on the American people, crushed the middle class, shipped American businesses overseas, made us dependent on foreign energy and made us less competitive in the world economy. Warren's record and policies are bad for the middle class.

Marco Rubio is the real and undisputed champion of the middle class and lower income Americans. As the son of a bartender and a housekeeper, he knows that there can't be a strong America without a strong middle class. He has a better record in taking on Wall Street since he cosponsored the Federal Reserve Transparency Act of 2011 which sought a full audit of the Federal Reserve.

As President, Marco Rubio will fight for all the American people. He will fight for the middle class. He will reform Wall Street, repeal Dodd-Frank in order to help smaller banks to recover and to get small businesses growing again to create jobs and hire people. He will cut taxes for all Americans, including the middle class and lower income Americans, which will reinforce their purchasing power as well as consumption and help working class families to raise their children. Marco Rubio will get us to energy independence by abolishing regulations on coal industry, which will bring coal mining jobs in America and increase electricity production and increase Americans' access to heating, by promoting oil drilling and by using a part of revenues from oil drilling to help developing renewable energies. He will reform our education system and make it accssible for all Americans by promoting school choice. He will make America the best place in the world to do business by cutting taxes and regulations on businesses, including small businesses (where most of the jobs in America are created), reducing the cost of doing business in America and lowering our corporate tax rate (that is the highest in the developed world) from 40 % to 20 %, which will not only increase our businesses' dynamism, competitiveness, productivity and ability to create jobs but will also make our trade deals fairer and more advantageous for America and bring American jobs back to this country while helping America to increase its competitiveness in the world economy through lower tariffs and lower costs of trading that will get more international consumers for America, a goal that will also be accomplished by tax cuts and regulation cuts on America's manufacturing industry.

The American people, including the middle class, has a choice to make : four more years of big government policies crushing the middle class or a brighter future making the American Dream possible again through a stronger economy and a stronger middle class thanks to free enterprise and free market solutions.

Marco Rubio for President for the sake of a New American Prosperity and a New American Century for all!

Marco Rubio : I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

Group of Economists: Back Bernie, Says his Plan "Will Make US Economy Great Again"
A group of economists are throwing their support behind Bernie Sanders. Lourdes Bederia, Victoria Chick, Nancy Folbre, Thomas Pilketty, Steve Keen, John Weeks and L Randall  Wray, all gave a joint statement backing the Vermont Senator in his independent bid for President. In a statement the economist praised his plan for tax reform, and economic growth; dismissing claims by his opponents that his programs are 'pie in the sky'. "Sanders' economic program is a serious and measured approach,
which is enacted will benefit the United States and its people."

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule July 29-August 5 2016, Part 3

August 2
-Flight to Burlington, Wisconsin
-Meet with voters in Burlington, Wisconsin with Paul Ryan
-Fundraising event in Burlington, Wisconsin with Paul Ryan
-Meet with voters in Racine, Wisconsin with Paul Ryan
-Economic policy speech in Racine, Wisconsin with Paul Ryan
- Speech in Racine, Wisconsin in an effort to win among Wisconsin's undecided African-American voters :

This campaign is about creating good jobs and opportunities for all the American people. Wisconsin is the birthplace of the Republican Party. Our party was born in 1854 in Ripon, Wisconsin. Meeting at a school house in Ripon on February 28, 1854, some 30 opponents of the Kansas-Nebraska Act called for the organization of a new political party to link their cause with the Declaration of Independence. The group also took a leading role in the creation of the Republican Party in many northern states during the summer of 1854. While conservatives and many moderates were content merely to call for the restoration of the Missouri Compromise or a prohibition of slavery extension, the group insisted that no further political compromise with slavery was possible. The February 1854 meeting was the first political meeting of the group that would become the Republican Party. And then, a few years later, our party led by President Abraham Lincoln adopted the Emancipation Proclamation and abolished slavery, which freed African Americans from slavery.

Now, even under Barack Obama, African Americans' living conditions got worse. Racist murders are committed against several of them as we saw in Ferguson and Charleston and this administration's big government policies are reinforcing their economic struggles. Thanks to tax cuts for all the American people, including the African American community, we're going to improve their living conditions and reinforce their purchasing power. That way, they will be able to overcome their struggles and to achieve success in this society. As President of the United States, I will reform our criminal code, which criminal regulations and laws are easier to understand, as well as our civil forfeiture by which people suspected of crimes will be deprived of private property. I will allow the Attorney General to delay the transfer of firearms to suspected criminals and terrorists in order to prevent massive shootings African Americans, without violating the Second Amendment. Promoting school choice will cost families, including African American families, less and produce higher outcomes compared to public education. It will grant parents the power to orientate their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and look for better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to higher-income families, thus increasing their chances of success and of entry into the workforce.

That's why I'm asking for your vote because the African American community as well as all the American people deserve better than division, unfairness and lack of opportunity. They deserve prosperity, opportunity, liberty and justice for all.

-Manufacturing policy speech at Carnegie Steel Company headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Stephen Pearcy and Pat Toomey
-Energy policy speech in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with Stephen Pearcy and Pat Toomey :

We need to embrace the energy revolution. Our businesses need to be able to operate affordably and efficiently in order to create jobs and grow our economy. Our families need reasonable gas and electric bills in order to reach financial security. Working mothers and fathers need to be able to commute without breaking the bank. Regulations imposed by bureaucrats whose names we do not even know and who are elected or accountable virtually to no one have a dramatic impact on our economy without any oversight or due process.

Pennsylvania as well as the neighboring state of Ohio are proofs that states don't need government's help to seize their energy potential. These two states could be at the forefront of the shale revolution, which will help turn America into the No. 1 oil and natural gas producer in the world. In fact, their energy potential is due, notably, to their abundant oil and gas reserves in the Utica Shale and the Marcellus natural gas trend. That's why these resources need to be exploited and drilled in order to make sure that America will take advantage of all of its sources of energies (coal, gas, oil, wind, nuclear, solar, electricity, etc.) and create good-paying jobs. That's why I will, as President, promote the establishment of new energy infrastructure here in Pennsylvania and in Ohio to encourage the exploitation of energy resources in the Utica Shale and in the Marcellus trend, approve the Keystone XL pipeline, promote the construction of the TransAmerica Energy pipeline from Pennsylvania to the Californian coasts and encourage oil drilling in ANWR. And instead of using taxpayers' money to invest in the development of renewable energies like Obama is doing and Senator Warren seeks to continue, I will do it with a part of revenues from oil drilling, which will keep boosting job creation while improving our ecological footprint.

We can't deny that the terrorist threat has grown stronger and stronger in the last months through the attacks in San Bernardino, Brussels, Orlando and Nice. By getting energy independence, we can reduce energy imports, thus depriving terrorist groups and other anti-American forces around the world, of the money that comes from our dependence on foreign oil because these are revenues that would be used by terrorists to fund and organize terrorist attacks against us and our allies. That will be another method to defeat global terrorism.

With American innovation, the future will be bright for renewables, but that’s up to our people. We let the economic market pick winners and losers, not Washington and not Washington bureaucrats. Energy and the energy revolution have transformed this economy. Was it because the government created a new agency? No. It’s because Americans did what Americans do : they adapted, worked, innovated and built.

That's why I'm asking for your vote for a stronger energy policy that will lead us to a brighter, more prosperous and safer future.

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule July 29-August 5 2016, Part 4

August 4
-Flight to Blacksburg, Virginia
-Meet with voters in Blacksburg, Virginia with Lindsey Graham and Bob Corker
-Healthcare policy speech at Lewis-Gale Hospital Montgomery in Blacksburg, Virginia with Lindsey Graham and Bob Corker :

It is outrageous that the government bails out insurance companies with taxpayers' money. These bailouts are done at taxpayers' expense, at the middle class' expense. That's why Obamacare is restricting the American people's access to healthcare.

Obamacare is the problem of all this mess in addition of being of one of the most job-killing policies ever put in place by the Obama administration. Obamacare is the reason why so many people are losing their coverage because it cut millions of dollars in Medicare, which is harming our seniors by depriving them of their coverage. My mother is on Medicare and Social Security. I am against anything that is bad for my mother and for every single American.

As President, I will establish an advanceable, refundable tax credit that can be used by every single American to buy health insurance. The value of these credits should increase every year and we should put the tax preference for employer-sponsored insurance on a glide path to make certain that it will make the level of the credits fair within a decade. This will prevent large-scale disruptions and reform a provision in our tax code that has increased up health costs, hurting those who are self-employed and preventing Americans from having truly portable health insurance plans that travel with them regardless of where they work.

I'm going to reform insurance regulations to reduce costs, promote innovation and protect the vulnerable. Those with pre-existing conditions should have access to affordable care through mechanisms such as federally-supported, actuarially-sound and state-based high risk pools. Our people should be able to buy coverage across state lines so they can seek out affordable coverage regardless of where they live. And consumer-centered products like Health Savings Accounts should be encouraged and expanded. There is no single reason to ask  taxpayers to bail out an insurance company that loses money, as is currently the case under Obamacare. My efforts in the Senate to defund Obamacare saved taxpayers 2.5 billion dollars that would have otherwise been used to bailout these insurance companies.

And I will fight to save and strengthen Medicare and Medicaid by placing them on fiscally-sustainable paths. Without reforms, these programs will eventually run out of money. We must move Medicaid into a per-capita block grant system, preserving funding for its recipients while freeing states from Washington mandates. While current seniors on Medicare, like my mother, should see no changes to the program, future generations should be transitioned into a premium support system. A premium support model will empower seniors with choice and market competition just like Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D already do.

Repealing Obamacare is also crucial for the protection of our people's constitutional rights. It will save the 10th amendment of the Constitution of the United States. My healthcare plan will free states from many Obamacare burdens. It will oblige the Secretary of Health and Human Services to grant all state waiver requests unless they increase federal spending, and to issue a final decision on waiver applications within six months of receiving them. Under current law, waivers are at the secretary’s discretion and there is no deadline. The new waiver process will let states reduce premiums and health-care costs by bypassing a broad array of ObamaCare provisions, including benefit mandates and requirements that all individual policies be part of a single risk pool. All of this new flexibility will substantially improve Washington’s fidelity to the 10th Amendment. It will give governors and state legislators the ability to reduce health-care costs for those who’ve struggled in the Obamacare era. It will help them to devote limited resources to those most in need. My healthcare plan represents the greatest expansion of state sovereignty in generations, which is why, when I become President, we will have the greatest opportunity to repeal and replace Obamacare for the sake of our healthcare system and for the sake of the Constitution of the United States.

Sanders campaign summary

Sanders campaigned extensively throughout New England, focusing heavily in Maine and New Hampshire, where he hopes his proximity will lead to a strong showing in those states. Moreover, he also attended sevsral events for the Working Families Party, openly saying that he is considering running as a Working Families candidate in future elections. Moreover, he also held a major rally in Honolulu, Hawaii, where 10,000 people arrived just to see him speak.

Sanders also hosted "Empowering Third Parties and Offering New Solutions" in Detroit, Michigan , alongside Dr Ron Paul, where he advocated for the abolition of the 15% requirement to be in the Presidential debates.

In addition, Rep. Gabbard toured her district with Nick Hanauer. During this, she openly attacked Warren for saying she supported Assad, again bringing up the phrase "Who would you rather have in charge? A brutal dictator or the leader of ISIS?" She also advocated for the wuthdrawal of US forces from the Middle East, and also notably officiated a gay wedding between two of her constituents.

Marco Rubio's response to Andrew Napolitano in Manchester, New Hampshire

Mr. Napolitano is telling lies claiming that I changed my positions and that I'm seeking to be a leader of the past who has no new ideas. What he said is absolutely not true.

I always stood on my principles and beliefs and always defended the values that make America great. The Gang of Eight bill, for example, included billions of dollars for border enforcement and more border agents so it was aimed at reinforcing our borders. We've been told for 30 years that the borders would be reinforced, but nothing has been done since then. But we are going to reinforce our borders when I'm President in order to make sure we will keep ISIS out of this country. That way, we can prove to the people that illegal immigration is under control. That way, we can reform our immigration system.

And yes, I will be a new voice in the White House because this election is a generational choice about what kind of country we will be. The establishment has never suggested background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them while I do propose this, which will help us to identify the Syrian rebels who deserve to be armed and those who do not due to ties with radical Islamic terrorists. The establishment has never suggested to reduce our corporate tax rate while I do propose this in order to make our trade deals fairer for America, to make sure that they will make America economically competitive and will create American jobs here in America, which will also be done through tax cuts on America's manufacturing industry while Congressman Paul is promoting populism, which is itself an old idea that brings America backwards and kills American jobs through higher tariffs and higher tariffs means more government intrusion in the economy and higher costs on American products, which kills opportunities to get new consumers while consumption is one of the main strengths of a capitalist economy like America. The establishment has never suggested legalizing medical marijuana while I do support such a measure. These are new solutions.

I believe and I know that our country has always been about the future. Before us now is the opportunity to author the greatest chapter yet in the amazing story of America. We can't do this by going back to the leaders and ideas of the past like the Democrats led by Elizabeth Warren are suggesting. We must change the decisions we are making by changing the people who are making them. That's why I'm running for President to lead America to the future, to a New American Century through free market solutions, a business-friendly environment, energy independence, education reform and budget balance. That's how we're going to get to the future because bigger government policies that take money from taxpayers, make us dependent on foreign energy and offshores American businesses overseas push this nation backwards, to the past. That's why I'm running to be a leader of the future.

And I've got to remind you, Mr. Napolitano, that your partner Ron Paul has himself shifted his positions. While he is opposing military interventions, he voted in favor of the Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Terrorists in Afghanistan in 2001, after 9/11. So he supported the War in Afghanistan, which was the right thing to do because if we hadn't declare the war on global terrorism, if we didn't go after Bin Laden, he would have been still alive today, more Americans would be dead today and we would have faced a much stronger terrorist threat. But after supporting this war, Congressman Paul is now opposing it. So he shifted his positions. So you are not the most qualified to lecture me on shifting positions.

I do not need any lectures from a vice-presidential candidate who is running alongside a man who has proven to be unworthy of any tolerance and inclusiveness by defending racist newsletters when he said, I quote, that « jury verdicts, basketball games and music are enough to set off black rage » and that « 95 % of the black males in Washington D.C. are semi-criminal or entirely criminal ». These are statements that can only bring further racial tensions and division in this country that is already divided since too long. America is not a place for intolerance. And Congressman Paul has also called the Israeli government « evil » and has published a newsletter containing racist and anti-Semitic rhetoric including a claim that the 1993 World Trade Center bombing may have been carried out by the Mossad. In fact he said, I quote, « Whether it was a setup by the Israeli Mossad or was truly a retaliation by the Islamic fundamentalists matters little ».

[Crowd boos]

No Congressman, it matters a lot to know who committed this terrorist attack. It was committed by Ramzi Yousef and Eyad Ismoil, two radical Islamic terrorists who vowed to destroy America and its allies, including Israel. So it is shameful and irresponsible to accuse the Jews of being responsible of this terrorist attack.

So here is the bottom line : unlike my opponents, I'm running to be President for all Americans of all origins, all beliefs, all races and all religions, whether you are whites, blacks, Hispanics, Asians, men, women, Christians, Muslims, Jews, Hinduists, Buddhists, conservatives, liberals, independents or libertarians. I'm running for President in order to bring integrity and dignity back to the White House and to bring America back on the right track for the sake of a brighter, more prosperous, safer and peaceful future.

[Crowd loudly cheers and applauds]
