TODD: Tonight we saw the candidates in a very different format and it was revealing.

MADDOW: Town Hall debates are always interesting because they can make or break a candidate. Bill Clinton, for example excelled in this style, especially during his race against President George Herbert Walker Bush in 1992. Tonight, I don't think we saw anyone capture that magnitude or level of charisma, but I did find it revealing.

TODD: Panel, quickly who won tonight's debate?

SCHMIDT: Rubio, narrowly.

REID: Warren won and Rubio lost.

WALLACE: Slight edge to Bernie Sanders, I think because of how he handle the FBI question right at the start.

ROBINSON: Warren.

SCARBOROUGH: In terms of appearance Rubio, in terms of substance Paul, and in terms of style Sanders.

TODD: Any changes in the race after tonight?

SCHMIDT: Rubio will hold onto his lead. He is getting a bounce among Hispanic voters, but I think we'll see the race remain where it's been up to now.

ROBINSON: I just have to say I thought tonight Rubio came up short. His answers were long and overstuffed. He seemed out of place or mixed up tonight.

SCHMIDT: It's the format.

MADDOW: Reaction from the Rubio campaign in the spin room is they're calling tonight a 'solid win for Senator Rubio'. The statement reads, "Senator Rubio demonstrated tonight why millions of voters are rallying to his campaign and will elect him the 45th President of the United States."

SCARBOROUGH: That is political spin, I'm sorry, but I have to say as a Republican, and I like Marco Rubio and I think he'd make a great President, but I was more impressed with what Congressman Paul had to say tonight than my own Republican nominee.

TODD: Are we to read that as an endorsement Joe?

SCARBOROUGH: Yes. Read into it, call it whatever you like. Ron Paul is at his core where the Republican party used to be.

MADDOW: Okay, moving on from that. As we look at the map and the race to 270 we turn now to Steve Kornacki.

OOC: I've been doing this for years, and this is the first time I've won a debate outright... I didn't actually expect to beat you UWS.

It can't be since most your responses are brief and short.

To be fair, I made it to the General Election only once...a 2000 election game almost four years ago as Tom Daschle, and my opponent Dan Quayle won every debate (Either NHI or Spiral was playing as Quayle, I can't remember who).

KORACKI: Yes, Rachel and looking at the electoral map. Here is where things stood the last time we checked:

Electoral Map: With Tossups
Rubio: 277
Warren: 212
Sanders: 3

KORNACKI: We have Senator Rubio with 277 electoral votes, and Senator Warren at 212, now this map is based on state polling where the lead is at least 2 points or higher. In states we have colored in gray it is considered a tossup with the candidates either tied or leading by 1 point or less.

MADDOW: Any change in our map estimates?

KORNACKI: Yes, given Marco Rubio's efforts with Hispanic voters, we are moving New Mexico from the likely Warren camp, to the lean Warren camp. The latest poll has the Massachusetts Senator up, but her lead is narrow.

New Mexico: Latest Poll:
Warren: 47%
Rubio: 43%
Paul: 4%
Sanders: 2%

KORNACKI: We do have a new poll out of Pennsylvania, which should give the Rubio campaign a pause, especially if it is reflective of the entire Rust Belt. Now, Pennsylvania, a state that has been fool's gold for Republicans since 1988, has been trending towards Rubio throughout much of the campaign, but tonight we are seeing signs that Elizabeth Warren is making up ground in the state; in part coupled by her and her running mate's approach to target states in the midwest, states like Pennsylvania, Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin. The Warren Campaign believes if they can hold the Rust Belt and prevent at least a majority of those four states from flipping then they can hold off Rubio.

Pennsylvania: Latest Poll
Rubio: 45%
Warren: 44%
Sanders: 3%
Paul: 1%

NEXT ROUND: October 10 - 19
Round will end next Sunday 10/22/17 at 10:00 PM EST

Debate questions will be out by tomorrow.

Actually, the turn should run until October 19 because that was the day the third and final debate was held in Las Vegas. Right?

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule October 10-October 19 2016, Part 1

October 10
-Flight to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
-Meet with voters in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with Mitt Romney and Pat Toomey
-Rally with voters at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania :

Senator Warren claims that James Comey, the director of the FBI, is trying to do whatever it takes to help me in this election. Everything she said is false. That's another lie. She's been proven to be ready to say or do anything to win votes even though what she says is absolutely untrue. I think Senator Warren is so out of touch because actually James Comey is no longer a Republican. Now he is an Independent. There is a law that forbids the FBI from influencing a federal election and I respect that and James Comey respects that. Let me say this, Senator, if the FBI investigates on Jane Sanders, why should they not investigate on your actions in contacting the DNC to derail Senator Sanders and deny him a fair chance to win the Democratic nomination? And I find it strange that the FBI investigates on Jane Sanders instead of Hillary Clinton despite the fact that she did by using a private email server as Secretary of State and by deleting 30 000 of those emails is much more serious and put American lives in danger by allowing America's foes to hijack those emails. And yet, Senator Warren defends Clinton's handle of her emails. Who knows if some of those emails are concerning the terrorist attack at our embassy in Benghazi. No wonder that Senator Warren called the investigation on Benghazi a waste of time. But it does matter to know why our 4 U.S. ambassadors were killed by radical Islamic terrorists in Libya. I don't think it does matter for Senator Warren. She doesn't care about our national security. The reason why we were attacked is because the embassy did not have all the security measures and equipment to prevent such a disaster. Would Senator Warren like me to say that she might have told the FBI not to investigate on Clinton's emails? Would she like me to say that she told the FBI not to investigate on her attempts to undermine Sanders with the help of the DNC? Certainly not. So it's time for you, Senator, to stop lying about my campaign and about James Comey. It's not a badge of honor.

[Crowd cheers and applauds]

The city of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, was once the home of the Bethlehem Steel's, a steel, shipbuilding and mining company that was none other than America's second largest steel producer and largest shipbuilder. So this company was a major pillar of Bethlehem's economic strength, of Pennsylvania's economic strength and of America's economic strength. But unfortunately, this great and dynamic company defunct 13 years ago just like we are losing several manufacturing jobs. Why? Because of the Obama administration's disastrous taxes and regulations on America's manufacturing industry, which is shipping American manufacturing jobs, manufacturing plants and manufacturing businesses overseas. These are all policies supported by my opponent Elizabeth Warren. It's also because Obama's version of the TPP does not include tax cuts for our manufacturing industry as well as a reduction of our corporate tax rate. These are elements that will be included in my version of the TPP. We have to keep our jobs while remaining competitive in the world economy. When I'm President of the United States, we're going to do this by reducing taxes and regulations on our manufacturing industry and by abolishing the sales taxes on manufacturing businesses all across the country, which will bring our lost manufacturing jobs back here in America and encourage further job creation in this sector. By reducing our corporate tax rate to 20 %, we will make America much more economically competitive in the world and make our country the best place in the world to do business, thus ensuring much stronger job creation in our country. That way, we'll make sure that new manufacturing companies will open and emerge here in the United States, that these companies will not suffer the Bethlehem Steel's fate and that we'll grow our economy through a revived American manufacturing industry.

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule October 10-October 19 2016, Part 2

October 11
-Meet with voters in Scranton, Pennsylvania with Matt Bevin and Pat Toomey
-Coal policy speech at the Lackawanna Coal Mine in Scranton, Pennsylvania with Matt Bevin and Pat Toomey :

In 2010, coal-fired boilers provided 45 percent of U.S. electricity, which ensured our people's access to heat and electricity. But since 8 years, the Obama administration is leading its War on Coal and decided they decided to put hundreds of thousands of people out of work. They did it through higher taxes and regulations on America's energy industry and through the EPA's takeover of the coal plants. They decided they wanted to bankrupt this industry, and sadly, they've been pretty successful so far. In 2008, the president declared that his policies would bankrupt the industry. Here are the disastrous results of these job-killing policies : since 2010, the war on coal has resulted in the closing of 350 coal electric generating units. If there is no market for coal, there will surely be no jobs to mine the coal. That's enough power to power 20 million homes. Pennsylvania has lost at least ten of these coal-fired electric units. That's a direct loss of 1,000 jobs and many more jobs lost in the related fields here in Pennsylvania. Our coal plants are leaving our country, which is killing our jobs, and are shipping overseas, especially in China where regulations are lower. If Elizabeth Warren is elected, Pennsylvania as well as all our country will make a step closer to bankruptcy through the loss of millions of jobs. We can see it through since she wants to put all these minors out of business and out of work and to leave these people out in the cold. That's why my friend Senator Pat Toomey recently supported the Miners Protection Act, a bipartisan legislation that would ensure retired miners receive the health care benefits they have earned because we need to take a different direction for the sake of a stronger economy and a clean environment.

If I'm elected President, we will put an end to the War on Coal and we'll do it by abolishing taxes and regulations on our coal industry, which will bring American coal mining jobs and plants back here in America and allow coal miners to get all the money they need through their salary and their hardworking to take care of their families. It will allow us to develop technologies that will produce clean coal. We're going to develop clean coal through carbon capture and storage technologies. We're going to approve the construction of coal pipelines in order to facilitate coal's transportation from mines to markets. The end of the War on Coal will encourage renewable energy because coal is burned for the production of electricity and heat and is the largest source of energy for the generation of electricity in the world. So it will help our country to get to energy independence, to bring massive job creation here in Pennsylvania and all across the nation and to improve our ecological footprint.

Thank you. God bless Pennsylvania and God bless America.

Rubio/Pearcy 2016
A New American Century
Schedule October 10-October 19 2016, Part 3

October 12
-Meet with voters in Auburn Hills, Michigan with Mary Barra and Stephen Pearcy
-Rally with voters at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills, Michigan for a speech given by Mary Barra :

As the CEO of General Motors, I know that the right way to create jobs is to reduce the size of government as well as the fiscal burden on businesses, including small businesses, and to make America the best business-friendly environment in the world. But that is something Elizabeth Warren does not understand and that's why she can't be trusted to handle the economy. Unlike Marco Rubio, Senator Warren has never been raised paycheck to paycheck, she never ran a business and she has never been a member of a senatorial committee related to economic issues and businesses so she doesn't know anything about the economy and has no idea about how to create jobs. Her policies have failed and we've seen it in the last 8 years. If she's elected, things will go worse than they already are.

Michigan is the center of our automobile industry. Sadly, in the last few decades, this industry is on decline because of the rising taxes and regulations imposed by the Obama administration and to our increasing dependence on foreign energy. That's why many American automobile factories and jobs are shipping overseas. In addition, Mexico has surpassed us on automobile manufacturing because they have free trade deals with 45 nations while we have free trade agreements with only 20 countries. But Marco Rubio has a plan to relaunch our automobile industry all across the country, including here in Michigan. As President, he will cut taxes and regulations on businesses, including automobile companies and manufacturing companies. The reason we are losing jobs in trade deals is because the Obama administration has failed to reduce our corporate tax rate, which is at 40 %, the highest rate in the developed world while countries like Canada, Mexico, Australia, Japan, South Korea or Singapore have corporate tax rates are at 30 % or lower, which makes them more competitive than America in trade deals. So we will reduce our corporate tax rate to 20 % in order to make us competitive in the world economy, to keep our jobs and to boost job creation here in the United States. This will also make America the best place in the world to open a new business and to expand it. By reducing tariffs, we will make American products less expensive which will increase access to our markets for the other 95 % of the world's population. That way, we're going to make America first again in terms of automobile manufacturing.

Since cars function mostly on fossil energy, we will promote oil drilling and production in order to get to energy independence. President Rubio will double permits and licenses on federal lands and we will approve the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline, of the Dakota Access Pipeline and of the TransAmerica Energy pipeline (from Pennsylvania to California), which will boost job creation and restore the vitality and dynamism of America's automobile industry, thus helping us to manufacture more cars, making American cars less expensive than Asian cars and give us the advantage in trade deals with our Asian partners because it will give Asian consumers a chance for a stronger purchasing power by giving them the option of buying less expensive American cars. As a consequence, it will be beneficial for our auto industry our entire economy. In addition, energy independence will give us the revenues we need to develop renewable energies such as wind, solar, hydroelectricity and nuclear, thus bringing the development of an automotive industry manufacturing cars that will function through renewable energies. That's how we're going to avoid further bankruptcies in the Midwest and across the country like we saw 3 years ago in Detroit, Michigan. And that's how we will remain the strongest economic power in the world and in order to make it happen, Marco Rubio needs your support and your vote in order to make sure our trade policy will put America first.

Thank you. God bless Michigan and God bless the United States of America.

-Meet with voters in Streetsboro, Ohio with John Kasich and Matt Bevin
-Meet with voters in Akron, Ohio with John Kasich and Matt Bevin
-Speech given by Matt Bevin at FirstEnergy headquarters in Akron, Ohio :

Coal is the number one producer of electricity in this country and here in Ohio where coal represents 59 % of the state's energy production. In the history of the world, there's never been more demand for coal than there is now. How is it that we're not participating? So the idea that coal is dead is wrong. Marco Rubio will fight to ensure that we mine coal and that we produce electricity with coal here in Ohio and all across America. We should have coal-fired power plants because we're sitting right on top of it.

But unfortunately, the Obama administration's War on Coal marked by higher taxes and regulations on our country's energy industry killed 25 000 jobs since 2010, including here in Ohio, the home state of Sherrod Brown, the running mate of Elizabeth Warren who wants to pursue the War on Coal and put hundreds of thousands more people out of work through these regulations. Senator Brown broke his promise to stand with coal miners and now his ticket wants to complicate America's quest for energy independence. Meanwhile foreign companies are now coming in buying so many of our different plants and then re-jiggering the plant so that they can take care of their oil, which is shipping coal jobs overseas.

But in my state, since I became Governor, we managed, thanks to tax cuts and regulation cuts on our state's coal industry, to ensure the implementation of 436 new/expanded facilities and to create 30 000 new jobs in Kentucky. Our energy plan is working and if it's working so can Marco Rubio's energy plan. When he will become President of the United States, he will end the War on Coal and reduce taxes and regulations on the coal industry, thus bringing coal-mining jobs back to our country, ensure the emergence of new plants and encourage further job creation and bring innovation through the development of clean coal technologies. Thanks to the building of coal pipelines, coal's transportation will be easier. These are pipelines that will be built with U.S.-made steel pipe. That way, we will facilitate our nation's path to energy independence, to a clean environment, to a stronger economy and prosperity and we will facilitate electricity production for the sake of job creation and our people's access to heat and electricity. So I'm asking you to join Marco Rubio for the restoration of your future as well as the restoration of America's future.

- Speech in Norfolk, Virginia with Lindsey Graham :

As Elizabeth Warren claimed that the investigation on what really happened in Benghazi on September 11 2012, when 4 U.S. ambassadors were killed by radical Islamic terrorists, was a waste of time, she not only defended the Obama/Clinton's foreign policy weakness as well as their lies about why these four brave Americans are dead while serving, Senator Warren was fundraising off the Benghazi scandal on her website in 2014.

[Crowd boos]

So she was saw it as an opportunity to raise funds. In the blog of her website where she denounced this investigation aimed at making sure tragedies like this will never happen again, it was written « Donate ». Who knows if some of that money is used for her presidential campaign. It's outrageous to fundraise off an investigation involving a radical Islamic terrorist attack against our embassy in Benghazi where 4 Americans died putting themselves in harm's way in service to peace, diplomacy, and their country. That is an insult to all Americans around the world who are fighting or died for America's national security, freedom, justice and democracy and for international peace. That is also an insult to the families of the victims of this attack in Benghazi. That is another reason why Elizabeth Warren is unqualified to be Commander-in-Chief.

[Crowd applauds]

When I'm president, we will reinforce security in our embassies in order to prevent such attacks. We will defeat radical Islamic terrorism through a stronger diplomacy, a stronger military and stronger alliances. That will be done by increasing our defense budget in order to reinforce our military and to ensure our troops' readiness, by arming the right groups in the Middle East through background checks on them before providing them in weapons and securing the oil refineries that terrorists are using and drilling in order to finance their terrorist activities. Under my leadership, America and its allies will triumph. We will defeat radical Islamic terrorism and reinforce international peace and security.

[Crowd cheers and applauds]

-Meet with voters in Virginia Beach, Virginia with Lindsey Graham
-Counter-terrorism policy speech in Virginia Beach, Virginia with Lindsey Graham

Marco Rubio Campaign Ad
In an effort to attract Hispanic voters, Marco Rubio's campaign broadcasts a bilingual T.V. ad (both in English and Spanish) featuring Paul Chavez (son of Cesar Chavez and President of the Cesar Chavez Foundation) praising Marco Rubio's plan to create jobs as well as economic opportunities for the Hispanic community and to make the American Dream possible and achievable again.

The ad titled « Endorsement » airs in Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Virginia and Washington

« Endorsement » advertisement narration (English version) :

Paul Chavez : My name is Paul Chavez, son of Cesar Chavez and President of the Cesar Chavez Foundation. I am proud of my father's fight for the civil rights of farm workers and Hispanic citizens in order to show the world that America is the land where everything is possible.

But today, the Hispanic community, my community, is struggling. In the last two months, the unemployment rate among Hispanics increased from 5.4 % to 6.4 %. In addition, the unemployment rate among teenager and young adult Hispanics (age 16-19) is stick at approximately 20 %. This tendency is caused by the sluggish economy we are living today and to Barack Obama's s big government policies such as higher taxes and regulations on all the American people, including the middle class, which put tens of millions of Americans out of work, made America a harder place to do business, undermined free enterprise, diminished our people's access to education and put the American Dream in decline. The Democrats led by Elizabeth Warren are trying to dismantle free enterprise, the only system in the world where parents like mine, who work hard and play by the rules, can give their children the opportunities they themselves did not have. Big government policies as well as higher taxes and regulations will not only kill jobs all across the country but also make the American Dream impossible for Hispanics.

But Marco Rubio has a plan to reverse this tendency and that's why I am proud to endorse him.
Marco Rubio knows that the American Dream will be possible again if we cut taxes and regulations for all the American people, including the middle class and the Hispanic community, and reduce the size of government, which will reinforce their purchasing power, help them to find a good-paying job and to fulfill all their dreams through their hard work.

After we reinforced our borders in order to increase security inside the country and to make sure our borders are under control, we need to reform our broken immigration system in order to give our fellow Hispanics a fair path to American citizenship.

As President of the United States, Marco Rubio will promote school choice, which will give positive results to Hispanics : lower education costs for families, including immigrant families living paycheck to paycheck, production of higher outcomes, in contrast to public education. It allow parents guide their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and grant them better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students, notably minorities (including Hispanics), to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to high-income families, thus giving them a fair chance of success and an easier path to the workforce.

Under his leadership, we're going to encourage free trade with Latin America, which will give businesses, including Hispanic small businesses in the United States thanks to language opportunities and their fluency in Spanish and English, new opportunities to innovate, to increase their competitiveness, to get new consumers by giving them access to American products, to create jobs in our country and ensure their business' expansion here and around the world. Thanks to their bilingualism, Hispanics will be dominant among the importers, exporters, translators and executives who ensure such a cultural and commercial exchange.

So I'm calling on you to join Marco Rubio for the restoration of the American Dream and the restoration of your future, because Si Se Puede.

Marco Rubio : I'm Marco Rubio and I approve this message.

-Meet with college voters at the Community College of Aurora in Aurora, Colorado with Cory Gardner in an effort to attract young voters :

This election is about America's future and we need to make it bright for all Americans. Like I said a few weeks ago, Millennials are expected to make up approximately half of the U.S. workforce by 2020. In addition, as we all know, the first members of Generation Z are eligible to vote in this actual presidential election. And by the way, all my four children, Amanda, Daniella, Anthony and Dominik, are among Generation Z. We also know that a significant aspect of this generation is the widespread usage of the Internet from a young age. Members of Generation Z are typically thought of as being comfortable with technology, and interacting on social media websites for a significant portion of their socializing, which is giving them the skills, needed to take advantage of advanced technologies, thus making them significantly more helpful to the typical company in today's high tech world, which will be beneficial for the economy.

But unfortunately, in the last eight years, government got bigger and bigger, which gave us the slowest economic progress in U.S. history and is worsening young people's struggles. Some of them got their degree, but can't find a good-paying job. A student told me during a rally that he is working in three part-time jobs and that it's just barely enough to pay for his food and to pay for an apartment, but not enough to begin to pay back his student loans.

Young generations' struggles are due to Barack Obama's big government policies that increased taxes and regulations on all Americans, including young people, weakened their purchasing power, made us more dependent on foreign energy, killed American jobs, shipped American businesses overseas by making America a harder place to do business and increased the debt that is almost at 20 trillion dollars. Big government means more debt and more debt means less jobs and less opportunities.

All of this will change when I become President of the United States. That will be done thanks to policies that will lower the size of government and promote free market as well as free enterprise. I know what it takes to make the American Dream possible again because I lived it. I will do that by lowering taxes for all the American people, including the middle class and for young generations, by reforming our education system through school choice and by making America the best place in the world to do business, which requires reducing the fiscal burden on businesses, including small business, abolishing Dodd-Frank, reducing the cost of doing business in America and lowering our nation's corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %. That's how we're going to give young people a fair chance to find good-paying jobs, to prosper, to raise a family and to live the American Dream. Otherwise, they will inherit a lifetime of debt.

Now our own generation as well as Millennials and Generation Z have to choose in which kind of America we want to live in the 21st century. Globalization and massive technological change present us with both great challenges and great opportunities. Like those before us, we must either embrace the future or be left behind by it. Your generation and our children, including my four children, will either be the first generation of Americans to inherit a country in decline or they will be the freest and most prosperous generation that ever lived.

We must follow the latter option for the sake of the restoration of the American Dream and our country's status as the land of opportunity.

Americans not yet born will write the final verdict on our generation. Let them record that we made the right choice. Let them record that in the early years of this century, faced with a rapidly changing and uncertain world, our generation rose to face the great challenges of our time.

That's why I'm asking for your vote because if you give me your support, you will inherit one of the most brightest and prosperous areas in America's history through a stronger economy and stronger opportunities. This will be an area called a New American Century.

State of the Race:

KORNACKI: We're gaming out various scenarios for the two major candidates, in the race to 270 electoral votes. Beginning with Senator Rubio, he has the easiest pathway to the electoral college. Based on all the polling samples at this time, and excluding the tied states we would project Rubio the winner with 278 electoral votes.

Now, taking a polling average of the tied states, another path for Rubio would be this map:
Rubio: 296
Warren: 235
Sanders: 7

So, now if you're Senator Warren and you're looking at how do you win the electoral college, it starts with three basics: One; hold the states she is already leading in. Two; win the tossup states. Three; either pickup a Romney 2012 states (i.e. Indiana, North Carolina, Arizona, Missouri) or hold the states Obama won in 2012; meaning flip the states Rubio has been leading in like Pennsylvania. If she did that; held the states she's leading in, wins the tossups; and keeps Pennsylvania she would get 273 a slim margin, but a win is still a win.

There is of course, the doomsday scenario, where Warren does two of the three steps, but instead of flipping a Romney state, instead only holds Wisconsin and loses Pennsylvania. In that case you are looking at this map:

Rubio: 268
Warren: 263
Sanders: 7

So, as you can see the math and the map is tougher for Elizabeth Warren given Senator Rubio's advantages in Obama states, and the added presence of Bernie Sanders. Now there is a wild card option, and it is this idea that Ron Paul, someone who has done well in the debates, exceeds expectations and while does not win a state, does damage to Rubio in places where he can't afford to lose, like Nevada, Alaska, Arizona and Montana. Under such a scenario, where Paul performs better than the polling is suggesting and Warren is able to flip many traditionally Republican states, then this map could be plausible:

Warren: 270
Rubio: 261
Sanders: 7

Warren: 271
Rubio: 260
Sanders: 7

Silver: Rubio has the edge, but Warren can catch up. No majority is possible.

Chances of the Winning the Presidency:
Marco Rubio: 45.1%
Elizabeth Warren: 29.7%
No Majority Reached: 25.2%

Current Electoral Map: at this time

Rubio: 294
Warren: 241
Sanders: 3
Paul: 0

Popular Vote Estimations at this time:
Rubio: 44.4%
Warren: 42.7%
Sanders: 7.2%
Paul: 4.9%

What Pearcy did Part two

Pearcy in the latter part of his schedule campaigned hard in the states of Ohio and Michigan on the issues of tax reform for the working class and small businesses.

He also rebuttals the critics of Rubio's Tax Plan by saying they are like a robot because they can only respond to it with box tax cut for the rich.

If Bernie Sanders really needs a new player in order to be active in the game, then I'm ready to replace GoTfan for that role.

Schedule for Elizabeth Warren

October 10, 2016

Speech at the Neal Blaisdell Center, Honolulu, Hawaii (With Brian Schatz)

The Opioid epidemic has been going on, both here in New Hampshire, and in many other states for years now, with no end in sight. As President I'll direct the FDA to have opioids like Oxycontin, Percocet, Vicodin and Fentanyl among others, to be removed from the US market, increase funding for drug treatment for those who remain addicted, and direct the Justice Department to issue civil and criminal charges against doctors who continue to prescribe opioids to patients.

Meet Voters in Weare, New Hampshire (With Maggie Hassan)

October 13, 2016

Meet Voters in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado (With Michelle Obama)

Meet Voters in Idaho Springs, Colorado (With Michelle Obama)

So Stephen Pearcy thinks we're all robots for opposing the Rubio tax plan? Well, that's a horrible analogy, and let's be honest, your tax plan is nothing but allowing the rich to hoard more money!

Marco Rubio's response to Elizabeth Warren in Sterling Heights, Michigan

Here we go again. Senator Warren keeps telling lies about my tax plan. Big fear-mongering lies. What Mr. Pearcy meant is that your are always repeating the same only single argument about my tax plan while you're proposing nothing new compared to Barack Obama's economic policy that drastically increased the size of government and gave us the slowest economy in our country's history. Your arguments are not only repetitive, but they are simply not true and you know that they are false.

Let me be very clear, Senator. My tax plan will not benefit for only the rich. You know why? Because my tax plan will cut taxes for all Americans, including the middle class and lower income Americans, which will reinforce their purchasing power as well as consumption, an important pillar of a capitalist free-market economy like America. It will also reinforce our people's access to education. There can't be a strong America without a strong middle class. Senator Warren doesn't know anything about the economy. No wonder that she never ran a business nor she ever was involved in a senatorial committee related to economic issues. No wonder that she did not create a single job in her entire life. She doesn't understand that job creation requires making America the best place in the world to do business. She doesn't know that 7 out of 10 jobs are created in small businesses and yet she wants to tax and regulate small businesses even more in addition of supporting Dodd-Frank, a policy that is eviscerating small businesses and small banks by wiping out 40 % of small and mid-size banks that loan money to small businesses, which bankrupted small businesses, killed tens of thousands of jobs and drastically raised the unemployment rate. I will do the exact contrast by cutting taxes and regulations on small business and by repealing Dodd-Frank in order to reinforce  small businesses' competitiveness as well as their ability to innovate, to produce, to manufacture, to sell, to emerge, to grow, to expand and to create good-paying jobs for all Americans. I'm the only presidential candidate in this race who is sitting among the U.S. Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship. Unlike Senator Warren, I know what is required to make small business working again, to grow this economy and make it fair for all Americans.

And let me tell you this, Senator Warren. If you are really willing to make this economy fair for all Americans, if you are so anti-Wall Street, why is it that you are supporting Dodd-Frank that made big banks bigger by imposing thousands of pages of regulations, thus making them able to deal with all these regulations because they have an army of lawyers and compliance officers while smaller banks are struggling to lend or to exist, which is putting the special interests of Wall Street individuals ahead of the needs of the middle class? Why is it that you are supporting the Ex-Im Bank that is loaning out taxpayer money to big politically-connected corporations and banks? So Senator Warren has failed to stand to special interests, the moreover that she received support from special interests since she has collected more than $630,000 from individuals in the securities and investment industry (making it the sixth highest industry in political donations to her campaigns) in addition of receiving $2.3 million in contributions from Wall Street lawyers and law firms (the second most of any industry only behind those who are retired) to her campaign’s coffers in order to fund her 2012 senatorial campaign.

That's why America can't afford Elizabeth Warren. That's why we need to embrace free market, free enterprise and tax reform in order to make the U.S. economy great again and make the American Dream achievable again. That's the path that I'm offering for a New American Century and that's path I will follow as the next President of the United States of America.

[Crowd loudly cheers and applauds]
