Any chance you could save Sherrod Brown from a midterm defeat?

He can't lose if I'm going to use him as my 2020 candidate...

President Marco Rubio's Accomplishments, Part 1

Year : 2017

Topic : Economy

-During the year 2017, the Rubio Administration abolished taxes and regulations on America's energy industry, doubled permits and liscenses on federal lands and ended the War on Coal (which brought coal mining jobs back home and encouraged clean coal technologies). President Rubio approved the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline and of the Dakota Access pipeline, which will create 110 000 jobs in total. America made great steps to energy independence.

-On trade, President Rubio succeeded in finding common grounds in order to favor both America's competitiveness in the world economy and American workers' rights. He signed an executive order confirming that the United States remains committed to the Transpacific Partnership (but under a revised version of the TPP that includes corporation tax cuts as well as tax cuts for America's manufacturing industry) in order to ensure America's competitiveness in the world economy through lower tariffs, increase of American exports and the continuation of America's quest for open markets in the world. In order to make sure that free trade deals will be fair for America, the Rubio Administration cut America's corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 % and reduced taxes for America's manufacturing industry, which made America much more competitive in the Asia-Pacific region, made America a more business-friendly environment and brought American manufacturing jobs back home, thus encouraging job creation in the United States. Thanks to these better conditions for America, President Rubio and his European allies agreed to ratify the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a proposed free trade agreement between the United States and Europe, after reassures that job losses will be avoided thanks to tax cuts for the manufacturing industry and reduction of the corporation tax rate. As a result, the TTIP is signed, reduces the tariffs, increases trade between the United States and Europe and ensures the creation of approximately 400,000 jobs in the United States.

-On education, President Rubio has issued, in an effort to improve America's education system, an Executive Order that promotes school choice to give positive results for lower-income Americans such as lower education costs for families, including immigrant families living paycheck to paycheck, production of higher outcomes, in contrast to public education. It is aimed at helping parents to guide their children out of poorly-performing schools assigned by zip code and grant them better education elsewhere. It will expand opportunities for low-income students—especially minorities—to attend high-quality schools that would otherwise be accessible only to high-income families, thus giving them a fair chance of succeeding and entering the workforce.

-Thanks to tax cuts for all the American people, including for including the Middle Class and lower income Americans, and for businesses, including small businesses, as well as reduction of government spending, repeal of Dodd-Frank in order to give small banks a chance to grow and to loan money to small businesses, abolition of the IRS, establishment of a 15 % flat tax, reduction the cost of doing business in the United States and reduction of America's corporate tax rate from 40 % to 20 %, the Rubio Administration managed to make America the best place in the world to do business, thus bringing massive job creation in America, reducing unemployment rate as well as poverty and increasing American consumers' purchasing power.

President Marco Rubio's Accomplishments, Part 2

Year : 2017

Topic : Foreign policy/Terrorism

-In order to stop Iran from having the necessary money to develop nuclear weapons that will be aimed at attacking the United States and their allies (including Israel) and to sponsor terrorist groups, the Rubio Administration abolished Obama's Iran nuclear deal. In an effort to stop any Iranian nuclear attack from being orchestrated, the United States and their allies agreed to establish an anti-missile shield on the Mediterranean Sea aimed at interceptin and shutting down any Iranian nuclear missile launched against any nation.

-President Rubio managed to reinforce the relations between the United States and their allies during a presidential trip in Israel and in Europe and also during visits of foreign leaders at the White House.

-The Rubio Administration took several strong measures in order to fight radical Islamic terrorism, including increasing the FBI's counter-terrorism budget, reinforcing and modernizing America's security measures, increase America's defense budget in order to modernize and reinforce the U.S. military as well as U.S. troops readiness to defend their country and fight terrorism, reinforcing America's alliances around the world, tracking and striking terrorists wherever they are, capturing ISIS' oil refineries and giving them back to Syria and Iraq (thus depriving ISIS of its revenues from their refineries to finance and organize their terrorist attacks), arming the Kurds in order to help them to fight ISIS, and establishing background checks on Syrian rebels before arming them, which will allow the U.S. authorities to learn more about them and about their backgrounds and their connections, thus helping the United States to make sure they will arm only anti-terrorist forces and deprive Middle Eastern groups that are secretly fighting for terrorist groups like ISIS, Al Qaida, Al Nosra or Hezbollah of weapons.

-After the Khan Shaykhun chemical attack, a war crime committed by the Assad regime in Syria that killed approximately 10 people on April, President Rubio and Vice President Pearcy stated that Assad's repressive policies will only complicate the fight against terrorism even more because this regime's moves that are slaying people will push more people to radicalize themselves and to join terrorist groups, including ISIS, a situation that has been seen in Egypt in the last few years. President Rubio asked the Congress to give him the authority to use the military force to fight ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Thanks to the Republican majority and also thanks to the support of some Democrats, the Rubio Administration is now able to use the military force. In April, the United States deployed 30 000 troops in Syria and Iraq in order to fight and defeat ISIS there and they are joined by their allies, including Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Greece, Australia, New Zeland, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Israel and Turkey. Surrounded from all sides by the NATO and Iraqi troops, ISIS jihadists in Syria and Iraq are submerged and they are getting attacked from all sides, which forces them to divide their forces and made the defenses of the 4 corners of their territory much more difficult. By arming the right rebel groups through background checks, securing ISIS' oil refineries and striking terrorists wherever they can be found through airstrikes and military arsenal, the United States and their allies managed to inflict several crushing defeats on ISIS and to recapture all of ISIS' territory in Syria and Iraq, including all the cities that ISIS occupied such as th Syrian cities of Deir ez-Zor, Al-Busayrah, Al-Quriyah, Al-Jalaa, Hajin and Al-Bukamal as well as the Iraqi cities of Mosul, Tal Afar, Kirkuk, Al Qaim and Hawija, thus eradicating ISIS in Syria and Iraq. The Kurds and the mainstream Syrian rebels selected by NATO to be armed thanks to background checks on them, orchestrated a successful coup d'État in Damascus, thus restoring democracy in Syria. The United Nations agreed to give efforts to reconstruct Syria, to ensure a pacific transition to democracy and to train the new Syrian Armed forces in order to restore peace, freedom, security and stability in Syria and in the Middle East and to prevent any terrorist group from emerging.

-On July, a U.S. drone located an ISIS base in the Mount Alfaf, situated at approximately 30 km from Mosul, Iraq. This drone also spot a jihadist leader dressed in black, with a great beard and injured on the right arm. This jihadist leader is mentioned to be none other than Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. His wounds might explain the several past rumors according to which he would have been killed by the Coalition's airstrikes and that might conclude that these airstrikes only wounded him and failed to kill him. The CIA launches a secret mission in which they engaged an Iraqi military officer as a double agent. The double agent goes to Mount Alfaf where he disguised himself into an ISIS Medical Officer. When he meets the local jihadists, he pretends to be an ISIS Medical Officer who was involved in ISIS’ unsuccessful attempt to defend the Iraqi city of Bakhdida, not away from Mount Alfaf. When he begins the work, the double agent uses a syringe to take infected blood from Baghdadi’s right arm in order to stop him from being contaminated. Later, after learning about Baghdadi’s blood type, he takes blood from another jihadist of the same blood type and transfers it into the jihadist leader’s arm. Later that day, after discretely leaving the base, the double agent brings Baghdadi’s infected blood with him and sends it to the CIA officials in order to allow them to find out whether this blood really belongs to Baghdadi or just to a Baghdadi lookalike. After hours of DNA tests, the CIA officials finds out that the infected blood matches with Baghdadi’s DNA with a 100 percent identification, which determinately affirms Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi’s location at the Mount Alfaf. The CIA transfers all the information to President Rubio. The President of the United States authorizes a military operation at the Mount Alfaf to capture or kill Baghdadi. The United States and Iraq launched the Operation Phalanx there. Overpowered by the Coalition’s military arsenal, by the progress of the Marines in the Mount Alfaf and by the airdrops of American soldiers into the terrorist base, ISIS fighters are losing ground and are killed to the last. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is shot dead by the Marines. Later, the U.S. Army informs the White House that Abu Bakr al-Baghadi is dead. President Rubio adresses the nation and announces Baghdadi's death, which he describes as a major victory of freedom, security and justice over terrorism, praising U.S. soldiers' courage and efforts to find and kill the leader of ISIS and declaring that "America's final victory against global terrorism is imminent."

-In order to condemn Nicolas Maduro's oppressive policies in Venezuela, the Rubio Administration increased economic and diplomatic sanctions against the Maduro regime.

-In an effort to counter North Korea's nuclear threat, the Senate adopts sanctions against North Korea that increased diplomatic and economic sanctions against North Korea, put North Korea back on the list of state sponsors of terror and impose sanctions on any individual, company, firm or bank around the world that serve as financial intermediaries for dollar transactions to North Korea to help the regime of Kim Jong-un to evade U.N. sanctions and to fund the development of North Korean nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction. These sanctions also cut North Korea's crude oil supply since oil is the very lifeblood of any modern military. After a presidential trip in the Asia-Pacific region, President Rubio and his regional allies reiterated their commitment to stop North Korea's threat and agreed to reinforce their military presence on the Pacific, to create an anti-missile shield that will take down any North Korean nuclear missile launched against the U.S. or their allies and to create a NATO-like intergovernmental military association called the Pacific Treaty Organization (PTO), but that would include the United States and its allies around the Pacific, especially Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, etc. This new military association's goals are to maintain security and peace on the Pacific Ocean, to defeat North Korea's nuclear threat and to fight terrorism in the Asia-Pacific region (including Abu Sayyaf).

President Marco Rubio's Accomplishments, Part 3

Year : 2017

Topic : Social issues

-President Rubio nominates Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval to replace Antonin Scalia at the Supreme Court of the United States. Thanks to the Republican majority in both houses of the Congress, Lee's nomination is approved, thus keeping the SCOTUS conservative.

-In order to secure the borders and to accelerate the path to immigration reform, President Rubio issued an executive order directing the Department of Homeland Security to finish the construction of 700 miles of fencing and walls America needs to secure the borders, to hire 20 000 new border agents and to establish and to establish a mandatory E-verify as well as a mandatory entry/exit tracking system in order to bring illegal immigration under control and to put in place background checks on Syrian refugees before allowing them to enter the United States, which will help America to keep ISIS fighters hidden among Syrian refugees out of its territory, thus avoiding terrorist attacks in the United States.

-The Rubio Administration managed to reform Wall Street notably through the repeal of Dodd-Frank, thus helping small banks to recover.

-President Rubio repealed and replaced Obamacare with a free market health care plan that includes the creation of an advanceable and refundable tax credit that all Americans can use to purchase health insurance, which will increase credits annually and set the tax preference for employer-sponsored insurance on a glide path to ensure that it will equal the level of the credits within a decade. This will prevent large-scale disruptions and reform a provision in our tax code that has been driving up health costs, hurting those who are self-employed and preventing Americans from having truly portable health insurance plans that travel with them regardless of where they work. The second pillar of the new health care plan is the adoption of measures reforming insurance regulations to lower costs, encouraging innovation, and protecting the vulnerable to make sure those with pre-existing conditions will have access to affordable care through mechanisms such as federally-supported, actuarially-sound and state-based high risk pools, that Americans will be able to purchase coverage across state lines so they can seek out affordable coverage regardless of where they live and that consumer-centered products like Health Savings Accounts will be encouraged and expanded. It will prevent taxpayers from being asked to bail out an insurance company that loses money, as is currently the case under Obamacare. Rubiocare also includes the preservation and reinforcement of Medicare and Medicaid by placing them on fiscally-sustainable paths, moving Medicaid into a per-capita block grant system and preserving funding for its recipients while freeing states from Washington mandates. While current seniors on Medicare should see no changes to the program, future generations should be transitioned into a premium support system. A premium support model will empower seniors with choice and market competition just like Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D already do. Thanks to the Republican majority in Congress, Obamacare is repealed and replaced, thus improving the American people's access to health services and saving money for taxpayers instead of losing by being forced to bailout health companies (which cost them their access to health care).

-In order to reinforce security while defending the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States, the Rubio Administration allowed the Attorney General to block the transfer of firearms to suspected terrorists and suspected criminals to prevent terrorist attacks and massive shootings in the United States.

President Marco Rubio's Accomplishments, Part 4

Year : 2018

Topic : Economy

-President Rubio approves the construction of the TransAmerica pipeline (from Pennsylvania to California) in order to facilitate America's path to energy independence, thus creating over 125 000 jobs. The increase of oil drilling as well as America's rapid transition to energy independence boosted automobile manufacturing in America thanks to lower energy costs (since cars mostly function through fossil energies) all across the country, including in the Midwest, which reduced the cost of buying an American car and gave the upper hand to the United States in trade deals because American cars are now less expansive than Asian cars (which encouraged consumers here and abroad to buy more American cars than foreign cars).

-During the Summit of the Americas in Lima, the United States signed a free trade deal with Latin America and thanks to the reduction of America's corporate tax rates and to tax cuts for America's manufacturing industry, this trade deal ensures massive job creation in America, helped the U.S. to counterbalance China's trade power (since Latin America's economy is as big as China's) and to reinforce America's competitiveness. In addition, free trade between the U.S. and Latin America gave businesses, including Hispanic small businesses in the United States thanks to language opportunities and their fluency in Spanish and English, new opportunities to innovate, to increase their competitiveness, to get new consumers by giving them access to American products, to create jobs in our country and ensure their business' expansion here and around the world. Thanks to their bilingualism, Hispanic business owners and workers are dominant among the importers, exporters, translators and executives who ensure such a cultural and commercial exchange.

-The Rubio Administration once again gave an effort to reinforce America's manufacturing industry by abolishing sales tax on manufacturing equipment. In addition, thanks to tax cuts on America's manufacturing industry and to the reduction of America's corporate tax rate, businesses like Ford, General Motors, Walmart, etc. announced that they will invest in the United States to create American jobs.

-In a context of strong economic growth and decline of the unemployment rate, President Rubio adopted measures balancing the budget. A balanced budget ammendment is adopted by the Congress.

-While America is about to get to energy independence, President Rubio announced that a part of the revenues from oil drilling will be invested into the development of renewable energies (such as wind, solar, hydroelectric, etc.) thus encouraging further job creation while improving America's ecological footprint.

FUN FACT

Steven Pearcy was sworn in as the 48th Vice President of the United States by Clarence Thomas by taking a oath on the Talmud rather than a bible.

President Marco Rubio's Accomplishments, Part 5

Year : 2018

Topic : Foreign policy/Terrorism

-In order to ensure NATO's success in fighting ISIS, Al Qaida and the Taliban in Afghanistan without needing to send additional U.S. troops, Vice President Pearcy convinces President Rubio that the issue of the War in Afghanistan could also depend on India, that is rather geographically close to Afghanistan and is none other than the 4th military power in the world after the United States, Russia and China. In addition, unlike Pakistan who sometimes sponsors terrorist groups, India is an ally that can fully be trusted to fight terrorism and thanks to its status as the 4th military power in the world, an Indian involvement in the War in Afghanistan will ensure total victory against terrorists there. Since India and Pakistan are in conflict for a long time, the Rubio Administration decides, in order to convince India to play a larger role in the War in Afghanistan by sending militrary ground troops in Afghanistan to fight terrorism, to reduce the U.S. aid to Pakistan from 800 million dollars a year to 100 million dollars in economic and military aid and sales of military equipment due to Pakistan's sponsoring of terrorist groups in the region and also due to Pakistan's decision to arrest Shakil Afridi who made a great contribution in assisting U.S. efforts to find and kill Osama Bin Laden. President of the United States stated that the U.S. aid to Pakistan would rise again only if Pakistan accepts to stop sponsoring terrorist groups, to fully side with the United States and to bring full cooperation with full Pakistani cooperation with the United States in the War on Terror as well as broader counterterrorism efforts in the region. the measure is unanimously approved by the Congress, thus reducing the U.S. aid to Pakistan and convincing India to send over 60 000 troops in Afghanistan. As a result, there is no need to send additional U.S. troops in Afghanistan, which allowed the United States to save hundreds of billions dollars. Thanks to their military powers combined together, the Indian troops as well as the remaining NATO troops in Afghanistan recaptured all of the territories controled by ISIS, the Taliban and Al Qaida and eradicated terrorism in Afghanistan. The Allies continued to reconstruct Afghanistan and to train the Afghan Armed Forces in order to make sure that terrorism will never emerge again in this country. due to the strong progress recently made in Afghanistan, the United States and their allies plan to withdraw their troops from Afghanistan by 2021.

-Syria elects its first democratic government with the election of Riad Darar (co-leader of the Syrian Democratic Council) at the presidency of Syria over his rivals Bashar al-Zoubi (former general of the Free Syrian Army) and Sipan Hemo. The reconstruction of the country as well as the training of the new Syrian Armed Forces progresses (with the formation of 30 000 Syrian soldiers throughout the last year) and the NATO allies destroyed ISIS' training bases and started their operations against the local jihadist group of Tahrir al-Sham (formerly known as Al Nusra).

President Marco Rubio's Accomplishments, Part 6

Year : 2018

Topic : Foreign policy/Terrorism

-On April 2018, President Rubio gives a speech in Memphis, Tennessee, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Martin Luther King's death, praising Dr. King's fight for African Americans' civil rights and calling for the persistance of the fight for these rights and for better living conditions for the African American community.

-Now that the borders are secured with the hiring of 20 000 new border agents, the establishment of a mandatory E-verify as well as of a mandatory entry/exit tracking system in order to bring illegal immigration under control and background checks on Syrian refugees, the Congress is now more in favor of immigration reform. The Rubio Administration proposes a bill that would reform America's broken immigration system and give access to U.S. citizenship for immigrants. The bill is adopted by the Congress, thus giving access to American citizenship for immigrants across the nation and improving their living conditions through better economic opportunities.

In the context of the 2018 midterm elections, which seem to be favoring Republicans due to the map (since most of the incumbent Democratic senators are up for reelection in deep red states that Marco Rubio won by overwhelming margins in 2016), President Rubio and Vice-President Pearcy gave intense campaign efforts for Republican senatorial candidates, including Rick Scott in Florida, Josh Mandel in Ohio, Kevin Nicholson in Wisconsin, Todd Rokita in Indiana, Tom Campbell in North Dakota, Josh Hawley in Missouri, John James in Michigan, Rob O'Neill (former U.S. Navy SEAL who killed Osama Bin Laden in 2011) in Montana, Evan Jenkins in West Virginia, Jeff Flake in Arizona and Dean Heller in Nevada.

What Vice President Pearcy did

Vice President Stephen Pearcy was seen as the more moderate and economic populist side of the administration.

He helped defend Rubio against the liberal pundits and politicians when it came to issues like science and gay marriage despite defending pro creationist politicians and nominees like Betsy Devos which he had to vote a tie breaking vote for her.

Pearcy would be a major factor in the administration's policy on science by promoting and promising a manned mission Mars by 2030 and Moon Colonies by 2035 in fear that the Russians and the Chinese will do those things first.

Another thing he did was help combat the opioid addiction along with President Rubio and help makeway towards cleaner streets

Pearcy's populiam would be the driving force behind Wall Street reform as he promises to replace Dodd Frank with a reformed Glass Stegall.

Not even that, he has literally experienced no negatives or legislative failures at all. This makes him even more successful in implementing his agenda than FDR, which is completely unrealistic, especially since most of his economic ideas seem to have absolutely no negative effects whatsoever on anyone at all.

He's making Rubio's administration seem like rainbows and puppies and kittens, which is completely unrealistic.

I think NHI will nerf some parts of he's administration, or at least he should, so the game can be interesting and not something like "Rubio will win in a landslide regardless of what you do"

He better...I'd like to see Rubio forced to appoint someone else to Scalia's seat...maybe Brian Sandoval.
