Probably not conservative enough to make it through the Republican primary, TBH.

He wouldn't do especially well in the primary but he'd win it comfortably in the general.

(Assume I'm running as a Sanders-style entryist Democrat)

Would struggle in the primary as he'd be precisely the wrong type of Dem for the district, but would obviously cruise in the general

He might win the primary, but he'd get smashed in the general.

Easy win for the primary, but less than 30% of the vote in the general.

Would win my precinct by miles, though.

He'd do fair-to-middling in a Republican primary, poorly in a Democratic primary, and would underperform as a Democrat (but still win) but overperform as a Republican (but still lose) in the general.

He'd get creamed in both the primary and the general.

As the Democratic candidate in the general, sure.

In the California primary, probably not, but it depends who the opponents are.

Nope.

Tony is too liberal/left-wing for Zell am See district. Hofer won with 58% and 53% here.
