Thank goodness there will be one true conservative in the race who will back up Donald Trump.

Republican leaning voters like Alabama Indy also support the patriot bipartisan member of congress Joe Manchin. He stands up against both parties and will work together with people for the good of WV

We must defeat polarization in American Congress

I’m curious on what grounds WV’s sore loser law could be challenged

Even if he doesn't successfully challenge the sore loser law, Blankenship has the money for a well-funded write-in campaign, and that should be enough to pull at least a few percent.  If he actually takes steps in that direction, I'll move this from Lean D to Likely D.

Blankenship gets 3% at max, but I think he most likely only gets about 1.5%. Most people will look at him as a loser for running as, well, a sore loser who only got 19% in the primary.

Granted, that could be enough.

He can run a write-in Campaign potentially but the odds that he gets even 1% from that are slim

Even if he can't get on the ballot he could spend some more money on ads (the only problem is that his ads are ing useless, and won't even be targeted at Morrisey)

He's challenging it in court and honestly its an interesting argument that it violates his freedom of association
