I'd vote Jason Kander.

I don't like a Rothschild banker becoming President of the United States. Or someone who said my country doesn't have a culture. Just a thought...

What's your problem with a Rothschild banker?

Jason Kander best selling point is that he can appeal to culturally conservative rural voters while still being an ideological liberal. Which is the complete opposite of macron, who is a terrible fit with these types of voters. Someone like Chris Murphy is a much closer analogue.

Probably none of those (then again I'm unsure about many). Hillary was the US' Emmanuel Macron, except without the charisma

I don't trust bankers, especially ones who are associated with a grim family like the Rothschilds.

In terms of being a socially progressive, fiscally centre-left/centrist city based yuppie pretty boy I'd say California's next governor Gavin Newsom is the closest. He even described himself in one interview as being very socially progressive but fiscally common sense and doesn't think government should spend money it doesn't have. He married into a big republican family so he's "sensitive" so to speak.

They also both give off strong Patrick Bateman vibes.

None of these. They're too liberal. I'd say Susan Collins.

I don't like a Rothschild banker becoming President of the United States. Or someone who said my country doesn't have a culture. Just a thought...

Also the correct quote was "Il n'y a pas de culture Française, Il n'y a pas une culture française, il y a une culture en France et elle est diverse."
Translates to: "There is not a French culture, there isn't a single French culture. There's a French culture, and it is diverse."

Which is accurate; there is no single French culture, because the cultures of different regions and ethnicity of France are all slightly different. There are similarities that make them all French, but ask a Breton and a Niçois about their cultures, and you'll find lots of differences. Le Pen sought to draw a distinction between a "French" culture and a "foreign/Muslim" culture in order to drive a wedge between France's Muslim citizens and its non-Muslim, white majority. It was racist and dangerous; France has had Muslim citizens for a very very long time, and they are just as French as any white French person, likewise with French from Africa or the Caribbean.

P.S. If Le Pen didn't want any Muslims in France, right-wingers like herself and her party never should have supported colonialism, which is the cause of so many nonwhite French living in France in the first place.

Gavin Newsom, a younger Ron Wyden, or perhaps Seth Moulton.

Jason Kander maybe. But he needs another office (governor, senator, cabinet secretary or congressman).

Barack Obama was definitely one (or Macron the French Obama).

He endorsed Single Payer, is running on tuition free community college, 15$ Min Wage & quite a few progressive economic policies. He is nowhere near centrist economically by national mood - The GOP will call him a far left socialist ! He used to donate to Jon Stewart's show !

But anyways I don't know who is as socially liberal as Macron & is a dead centrist on economics (centrist to center-right in some cases including Corporate tax & a few tax cuts !)

America has a different system, so there might not currently be a parallel.

Macron never served in elected office, but was cabinet minister for two years, and held a different post for an earlier two years. He then formed his own political party, making a runoff election.

So what makes him unique doesn't work in the US.
- There aren't that many cabinet level people below fifty. And there aren't any who could be considered outsiders/ newcomers to politics. Nikki Haley was a Governor before she became UN Ambassador. Alex Acosta served in the Bush administration. Julian Castro was a mayor who gave a keynote speech at the DNC. Anthony Foxx was a Democratic mayor. Denis McDonough worked for Congress since the 90s. Samantha Power worked for Obama when he was a Senator.
- In the American electoral system, the best route for an Independent would be to win primaries in a hostile takeover, kind of like what Trump did.

If Mark Zuckerberg were to run for the Democratic nomination, he might be the closest thing we have to Macron.
